We always stay here and it is always consistently good. They are updating a bit which is another reason to love them. They keep it fresh and well maintained. Staff is always welcoming, breakfast is the usual but good too.

I recently stayed at Best Western Wilsonville inn and suites and,unfortunately,my experience was far below expectations
Amenities: non functioning pool and hot tub both had a lot of chemicals you can smell it once you enter but its worse when you turn the hot tub i was literally suffocating.I told one of the staff who was working at night but he didn't add a sign to close it and i had to mention the same thing again in the morning.
Cleanliness: The room wasn't clean next day although i added the sign on the door to make up the room.
Location: The location is the best thing about this place it close to route 5.

Not bad for one night bed hard and noisy air conditioner very noisy needs improvement after a long drive we couldn’t wake up early for breakfast but 5 minutes for breakfast to end a nice lady let me get some breakfast for me and my wife I hope I didn’t get her in trouble but breakfast it was very good eggs,sausages and bacon perfectly cooked thanks to her we have breakfast.also a nice lady that clean our room she did it perfect.we gave some gratitude to those 2 ladies for her hard work

The facility looked very used, and definitely the room required good handyman to fix some thing like switches, broken drawers, unglued vinyl on the cupboard doors, leaking water valve etc. The hotel is saving on everything even notepads and pens, not talking about limited supply of toilet paper, soap and shampoo. The reception did not have either coffee nor hot water. What I like was the very good breakfast with lots of choice like omelette, sausages, potato wedges, waffles and so on.

Room was nice, except the bathroom fan sounded like a vacuum cleaner and was dated. The pool was enjoyable and much warmer in the morning. Breakfast changes everyday and had a good selection. Elevator was freezing cold for an unknown reason. Lots of good dining nearby. We went to Sushi Ave.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. The only issue is that the dryers won’t work. I needed to run it 3 times to get my clothes completely dry. I asked the front desk for assistance all he said to try it again if it didn’t work he would let me use the hotel dryers I wish he would offer that instead of asking me use more quarters. I went to bed very late due to this issue
