My room was clean, but a bit worn. Had to turn mini-fridge and a/c unit off due to noise. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Bed was incredibly firm, but not uncomfortable for one night. Breakfast was just bagels.
Would consider staying here again, but not at the price (150+) I paid for it.

Stayed here overnight after a Duck game. The entire staff at this Hotel treated us with utmost respect. If your looking for a place to stay after a duck game, i would not hesitate to give this place a try. Two thumbs up!

Terrible mattress, no hot water at sink ,heater fan so loud it’s like laying down on a runway at airport. Old motel and way,way,way over priced ! Small room, I Queen bed, one single chair . After taxes it’s over $200 a night. Motel and room photos on website are so deceiving but that’s the norm now! Most accommodations around U of O are the same. Staying there again ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!

Adequate. Solid location, appreciated the list of restaurants in the area, and they managed to fit the continental breakfast greatest hits in a very small area. Everything is clean enough but a little run down. I am a little annoyed about the "extra guest fee"--it's a room with two beds and there were two people in the room, what extra guest are you talking about??? Aside from that, it was okay value for the money.

Has a laundry room, but it closes at 10 pm. People are not very cordial to guests even ones with reservations. And had my wallet stolen, would not allow a third party to pay for another night, will not take cash, but will accept CashApp, Venmo, and Chime. Don’t get it.

Check-in was easy. The outlets in the room (other than the bathroom, would not hold a plug. There was an extension bar on one outlet that kept blinking off and on. The room was very cold and the heater either blew out nice warm air with a lot of noise or the room stayed cold. There was one thin blanket on bed and no comforter or such, so a very cold night unless I wanted to listen to heater go on and off. Disappointing for sure!

This was, by far, the worst experience we've had. The moment we walked in the room, it smelt of stale cigarette smoke and sewer. The ceiling was splitting in the middle and the tub had mold. The toilet was bubbled up and rotting. We drove our family other places nearby just use the restroom. Nobody should ever have to do that. We would definitely encourage all of you to stay elsewhere and do not suffer here and waste money like we did.
