The staff was very helpful and strived to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is close to several terrific restaurants and a few blocks from the beach. We enjoyed walking around the nearby art deco district.

Very good stay. Hotel staff was very friendly, engaging and totally focused on our needs. Location in the heart of South Beach was proximate to shopping, hundreds of restaurants and only a couple of blocks to the beach. The carpet was kind of worn throughout the hotel but that is the only “negative” to raise. Limoncello restaurant staff was outstanding and our dinner there was excellent. If we find ourselves coming to Miami again we will definitely look to stay at Casa Boutique!

It's really outdated and small , unsure if elevator is up to code. Also still dealing with pending charge that the Hotel has no record of. Would def consider different hotel was not exactly the experience looking for besides the distance from the beach. Perfect spot for partying and having a good time. Property needs refresh , staff is doing great work

I was made to believe that the beach was closer. There was some needed repairs in the room. Overall comfortable bed I was woken up by a lot of sounds in the morning. The staff was not empathetic or helpful to resolve some issues.

Had a great stay, hotel is a great location for the beach and south beach area. Staff are really helpful and access to the beach chairs/towels is really handy. It can be noisy but in south beach that is standard and during the actual nighttime it was quiet.

parking was very hard to find. The yellow curb side parking to drop off your luggage was filled with scooters at the restaurant at the entrance to the hotel. Paid two different parking garages before finding the right one.

Location was great, staff was friendly and bed was comfy. Location was as good EXCEPT if you happen to be at the back corner 207/307 etc you back on the USPS depot which has trucks backing in with the beepers from 3am-6am ...

I booked this hotel because the booking said it included daily breakfast and resort fees were included in the package. None of these were offered or included upon check in and there was no effort to resolve this. The property was also in very poor condition. The bathroom on the first floor for the public was flooded two different days during our stay. The smell was awful. The only redeeming quality was the housekeeping. They cleaned the room meticulously each day and always fresh towels. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I seriously will reconsider whether I book through Expedia again.

Hotel cancelled my reservations after I confirmed with their staff the morning of our arrival. They did not have any rooms when we arrived and took forever to attempt to get us ‘rebooked’ at a ‘sister hotel’ that looked awful. Do not recommend!

The STAFF was excellent especially HEIDI! She was such a help to us when our flight was canceledfrom Dallas. A sincere voice on the other end of the line reassuring us that our reservations would not be canceled. THANK YOU HEIDI! The hotel itself is average. A decent place to stay in the heart of South Beach. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby along with the beach just a block away. The room was small, the bathroom small, but we just stopped over before a cruise. Cruise port is about 8 minutes from the hotel. There is a grocery store across the street from the hotel. Nothing fancy, just a place to rest at night.
