Great place to stay where we could bring our dog. Great place to eat next door. Room was nice and clean, beds were very comfortable. We had no complaints. Staff were very nice and friendly.

It was a great stay! The boys boy thing that was a little annoying was that you could hear all the cars go by. But it is right beside Coastal Highway.

The hotel staff was very friendly and went above and beyond during our stay. We were there for the oceans calling festival, and during the show, my car alarm malfunctioned at the hotel. They troubleshooted with me over the phone and were kind and patient. I was grateful for the support they offered, and we didn’t need to leave the show.

Room was very noisy as our door was facing the Main Street. There was a lot of sand in the bathroom when we arrived. But the rest of the room was fine. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very nice and accommodating.

Our first room the air unit was not attached and youncpuld hear everything outside. Then came a horrible rain storm and so much water came in, drenched the carpet, drenched my suitcase and clothes.
Unable to repair and moved us to a smaller room that smeled and had damp carpet as well.
No discount or refund.
Breakfast was soggy donuts and packaged muffins.

So let’s start with great location, the outdoor surroundings and hallways are clean . Until we stepped into our room the dirty old smell was disgusting. Then the bathroom shower curtain was dirty. If that’s not enough the 2nd day we wake up to no hot water . My husband complained to the office and was told maintenance will look into fixing it when they get there at 9:00am .Never offered us another room we took freezing cold showers . The next day came we assumed it had been fixed . To our surprise another cold shower . I went straight to the office and was told if I wanted to use another room to take a shower . At this point I was so upset I said forget it we are checking out now . After two days with cold water I asked to speak to someone and was given a phone number to call . We Will never stay here again .

It was a pet friendly hotel . We had our dog. Wasn't allowed on the beach with the dog. Until October . Someone should have told us that. No refund. And we left a couple days early. Bike week. So much noise it was crazy. Because there was a bar under us.

The first room we had, the pull out couch was broken. We got moved rooms and the room was not clean. Dirty hand prints on the walls, hair in the shower and the pull out couch had sand in it.

NOTE: Do not stay here if you have a pet! The pet rooms are above the Crabshack Factory Restaurant & Bar. Very loud! Plus the rooms are run down, dirty and smell like Pine Sol. The non pet friendly rooms are only OK. The elevator broke down after the entire hotel was evacuated due to a false fire alarm. We had to walk 5 flights of stairs the rest of our vacation. Kudos to Candace at the front desk. She has great resolution skills! She was the only thing professional at the Coastal Palms.
