Great hotel for what my wife and I needed for (seeing a concert in St. Paul).
We had to make a few accommodations while there, the staff were great about it (even at midnight).
Good check in and check out. My wife was a big fan of the lemon infused water in the lobby!

The hotel was OK, except our television wasn't working and the staff person couldn't get it working either. We were offered to move to a different room which we really didn't want to do. Otherwise they were going to give us a discount. When checking out, because I booked through hotels.com, they were not able to give discount, they were going to have to speak to manager.
Also, the railing in lobby was sticky and in our room in bathroom the door was dirty. Also the cabinet for the microwave and refrigerator was in the way. It was too big for the space.
Little things but noticeable. I wouldn't stay there again.

The hot tub was very spacious!! Not super hot tho which is good & bad, jets very nice almost too much after a while. Water slide was fun but only Fri night & Sat at 2. But pool open until midnight is very nice!! Breakfast was decent, maintained and seemed to be on top of it. But really my only complaint is the room keys.., seriously get new cards, we got 3 sets of 3 and only 1 worked some of the time on the room door. And occasionally on the pool & outside doors. Everyone I talked too was complaining about their cards as well.

I booked this trip as a fun little getaway for my kids because of the pool with a waterslide. It is not posted anywhere upon booking the room that the waterslide is only open Friday-Sunday. Upon our arrival, I had to search the website for the waterslide hours. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was cold too! it was also very dark and dim in the pool area. The whole stay ended up being an overall huge disappointment. So if you stay here for your kids to enjoy the waterslide ensure it is during the weekend.

I will never stay at your hotel again. The pool and hot tub were cold. The jets were pushing out cold water. There was a staff in the pool area that was very rude. The only personal that knew any thing was the morning person. I booked the suite with hit tub and it was just a regular king size bed room. Breakfast was boring.

Our tv didn't work in our room and nothing was done about it our entire stay. We told the front desk twice and was told there wasn't any Maintenace staff on site Our room was also for 6 people, and we only had 4 bath towels and when I asked for more was told they were not any because they were in the dryer.

The room we stayed in there was Gunk on the countertop that you can tell was not washed off. The bathroom was very dirty there was blood by the toilet and on the wall. In the bedroom on the headboard there was white residue that I had to get my own Lysol to wash the headboard before even wanting to lay there. The stay would have been five stars if the room was clean but it was very poorly cleaned.
