Reserved a 2 queen bed room I was told it was not available.I was also told that even though you reserve a room and pay in advance there is no guarantee the room you reserve will be available when you arrive.still waiting for a call from the manager

Stayed there multiple times over the last year. Staff and Managers were all very helpful. Room 130 needs some repairs and updating of furniture and bathroom sink etc.
Ice maker unreliable and not convenient unless you are located on the west end of the hall . Breakfast buffet is just “ok” . Attendant very helpful !

Smoking pot in end of hallway one room wasn’t clean so we couldn’t even stay and we had four rooms. Only one man there to check in and he would have had to clean room. Said had to call manager about room with pot in it overflowing to hallway and another ladies room. Very disappointed and had to drive to our grandsons house for all 10 of us to sleep would never stay at comfort inns again.
