No hot water, a/c and heater are broken

Absolute nightmare!! From the moment we walked into our room, it was clear this place had zero standards of hygiene or comfort. The first thing that hit us was the stench—an overwhelming musty odor that seemed to be embedded in every inch of the stained, grimy carpet, you could not breath on the second floor. We walked theough the hall with our faces covered, because the smell was so bad. It felt like the whole hotel had given up on basic cleanliness. The real horror awaited us in the bed. As we pulled back the sheets, we found, a live bed bug crawling across the pillow. Hair, staines and dirt covered the sheets. Fake eyelashes were stuck to the headboard. There was hair and dirt all jver the bathroom. My kids were terrified, and we spent the entire night in absolute fear of what might crawl on us. This place is a complete disgrace. If you value your health and sanity, stay far, far away.

I called in advance multiple times to inquire about a room with a garden tub which is pictured online and was told yes they had it and was available. When we arrived the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and laughed when I brought it up then said that they didn’t have that, then that it was unavailable then that they were all booked-3 excuses in one breath. There was maybe a dozen cars in the parking lot the 3 days we were there..they weren’t booked up. The room was gross. Smelled like mildew. Shower curtain was ripped up and the tub was filthy. Paint peeling off walls. The bench in the rooms legs were about to fall off-couldnt even set my purse on it. Guy that worked the desk overnight was an idiot. Couldn’t ever answer a single question and when I asked for wash cloths he gave me full size towels… There was a metal sign on wall saying the check out time but they had a piece of printer paper over it with a handwritten time earlier than the actual checkout and when I asked for a late check out they wanted me to pay $50 for half an hour extra! Shady place. Would not recommend. We were right by the front desk and one night the dude allowed a kid to run up and down the hallway taking peoples ‘do not disturb’ signs off every door and he did and said NOTHING to the kid or parents. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in 30 years. They also gave me a receipt showing a price more than $100 less than what they actually charged me…

The room was mostly clean. Carpet has stains likely from years of wear and use. The bed sheets had hair; however, the pillows looked clean. The room is more spacious than other hotels of similar price. The bathroom is nice. The channel selection on the TV is okay; there is no option for streaming as in other hotels. The hallway has a smell to it; however, the room itself does not. There were no water bottles stocked in the lobby refrigerator during the time of stay.

Perfect for my family. Very convenient location. I’d stay again.

To begin with the elevator was very noisy. It had a loud crackling noise and NIt had a smell of fish . Also the second floor has a smell of fish. I reported that to the clerk. The receptionist said that I had booked a one in Bed did not gave me the price difference for the two quick bits that I had signed up for the other receptionist a black lady she was very dishonest. She told us we needed to check out at 11 and the sign was in front of her that said checkout time was 12. She didn’t wanna give us a credit for the difference in the price. She was rude. She lied and was on the cell phone. She was very un attentive and did not address. Our concerns. Will never stay there again or recommend.

This hotel was horrible. The carpet was extremely dirty which made the room stink. The gym was super small and dirty. Overall the hotel was old and dirty will not recommend it to anyone.

The tub had hairs in it, and there were stains on the sheets.

And the carpets were just as bad in the hallways, spreading the awful smell throughout the entire floor. It felt like the whole hotel had given up on basic cleanliness. The real horror awaited us in the bed. As we pulled back the sheets, we were horrified to see roaches scurrying around, and to our utter disbelief, a live bed bug crawling across the pillow. Yes, you read that right—roaches and bed bugs, in the actual bed! My kids were terrified, and we spent the entire night in absolute fear of what might crawl on us. This place is a complete disgrace. If you value your health and sanity, stay far, far away.

Overall property condition is poor considering what you pay.

Toilet in my room only flushed half of the time. Had to obtain code from front desk to use toilet in lobby since the one in room would not flush. It is definitely time to replace the stained carpet in common areas.

This is place is not very clean, greasy old carpet stains , bed sheets had some old greasy stains

The property was highly rated, but was disappointing. Floor was not vacuumed, trash and bugs were everywhere. The tub was stained. The phone, lamps and furniture was dirty. The fridge and microwave were clean.

Needs a little work

The property smelt like smoke and our room had a musty smell. The breakfast was disgusting and only had 1 type of juice available not even water so I had to buy drinks and got charged twice for it. The bathtub had brown on the bottom like it wasn’t properly cleaned. I also got bit by bugs in my bed.

Good place to stay. The only shortcoming for me is their limited breakfast options

The room we got was disgusting. There was mildew on the comforter. Multiple other stains. I don't know if it was food or feces. We booked a room for 5 people and they only had 2 towels and said the hotel was out of towels. There were bugs on the floor, beer bottle caps and hair everywhere. It was just a disgusting room and they would not offer us another one. I would never stay here again!!

Toilet didnt flush correctly and shower head did not work, was slashing water everywhere.
