Check in was easy and quick. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. The TV in the living area was very dark/pretty unwatchable. I checked the settings and the brightness was all the way up. This was room 325. We notified the front desk everyday of our stay and was not fixed before we left. Breakfast was good, but there was no fruit or pastry choices.

Overall our stay was fine but this hotel needs some work. I wouldn’t recommend staying here til they finish updating it. The certificate in the elevator said it hadn’t been inspected since 2020. We had no issues with it but that doesn’t make you feel safe. Our bathroom sink leaked onto the shelves below it and you could tell it had been happening for some time because the wood was damaged. We put a towel there to soak up the water. Breakfast was fine - hardly anyone there. The worst part was the cockroaches. We found 3 and I’m thinking there were more. We only stayed one night. I told the front desk about the sink and the bugs at checkout.

The hotel room smells musty and dirty, and the curtains are torn. The carpet on the stairs has a horizontal striped design that makes it difficult for people to recognize the steps, increasing the risk of falling. The price is too expensive for the quality of the room. I would not recommend staying here.

The room had bugs in the shower and in the pullout couch. The carpet was stained and smelled. The room was dirty overall. The woman who was at the front desk around check in was incredibly rude and unfriendly.

It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. The duvet and sheets were incredibly dusty. I couldn't sleep because of itching from night to morning. All the towels smelled, the room, the carpets and anywhere in the hotel were incredibly dusty and dirty. The furniture was very old. The only good thing about the hotel was the incredibly polite and helpful lady. By the way, if you are expecting to have breakfast, don't. You probably won't be able to eat it.

Phone was broken, no extra blankets, heater didn’t work properly, only 1 coffee pod in the room. I called on my cell phone to report issues and that we needed to cancel our last day and the front desk, lady working morning shift on 12/14/24, was rude and kept speaking over me so, I had to just hang up. I have never experienced such a rude person in the hospitality business in my life. I will never go back, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The room was good and quiet. Simple and basic was all we needed. Breakfast was below standard; definitely, the least effort possible, but they did have scrambled eggs, "sausage," waffles and bread/toast. Saw one small bug in the bathroom. TV with many channels. Refrigerator in the room. Coffee capsules, but had coffee in lobby and breakfast. Would stay here again for a UGA visit.
