Natasha at the front was very rude. I was on a flight getting here. Got there after I told them I would be getting in later after 10pm as I was flying in. Got there my reservation was cancelled with no where to stay after flying for 5 hours.
Don’t recommend they’re inhumane and unprofessional.

This Country suites is in a noisy location. Close to I 75 , Archer Road and across the street from a stand alone ER, it is noisy but convenient to restaurants and shopping. The room was not as nice as it looked in the picture.
But, it has a comfortable bed and it was economical. The staff, from the receptionists to the custodians , were very friendly and accommodating.
