Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Goodlettsville, TN

Facility was older but well maintained. Breakfast was disappointing ; a little bland; rotten apples. Beds were comfortable.

It was a good stay, it was close to where we wanted to be. We were only there at night. And we did not utilize the breakfast. The room was clean.

Main door was locked when we arrived for check in. Bed was very uncomfortable.

It was very outdated and in desperate need of repairs! The heater didnt work in our room it couldnt be controlled at all. Also the floors/carpet was filthy!

The rooms are large and beds are comfortable. Enjoyed my two day stay with daughter and grandkids

Great Room for the price however the person working the reception counter at 7pm January 4th was rude and disrespectful. They would ask a question and the cut you off mid sentence and ask another question. Then they threw my room key across the counter at me and mumbled something about the elevator rolled their eyes when asked what they had just said. I'm sure this person has a reason for being rude and disrespectful but I didn't cause it. I recommend to my fellow travelers to avoid this hotel and other Country Inn hotels in the future. I definitely will not stay at another Radison property in the future. I don't like being treated as if I'm an inconvenience for simply arriving somewhere that I paid to be.

We didn’t stay!! The room we reserved was “out of order” according to the staff. We have gotten zero help from anyone and are currently stuck paying for two hotels for the same trip because this hotel was a DUMP and the person at the front desk was VERY rude, aggressive and made us feel uncomfortable about being there. I’m not even sure she worked for the hotel, no uniform, no name tag and refused to provide her name to me or to choice hotels when they called

Check-in was smooth and the woman who checked us in was very nice and extremely professional. The young lady who checked us out was just the same. Breakfast was delicious too! And everything was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Definitely will stay here again when we’re out this way!

The people their is very friendly. Only problem we had was the beds!!! They say the are queen size bit their not they are more full size then anything.

It was just convenient. Really close access to shopping, food and the freeway.

Needs some updated rooms and the carpet needs to be changed to a more modern style of decor. I would have liked the lobby to stay open to watch football games and conversation with friends and family. They closed the lobby down every day after breakfast and never opened it back up.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me in trying to get my rooms to be as close together as possible since I book multiple rooms.

Bed was uncomfortable. Walks thin and neighbor played music so it was like it was playing in our room
