the pillow had dry blood on there and the floor was very nasty

Half the lights in our room didn't work, the bathroom was poorly lit...borderline dark, the shower was terrible, and the pillows were awful. The parking lot was not big enough either. We had to park on the side...technically not in a parking spot. Staff said the hotel is due for a remodel this year. The breakfast was so so...not much selection. Worst Country Inn and Suites we have ever stayed at.

Loved our stay staff was great

We called and asked if there was a hot tub on the property and was told there was. Once we arrived and had booked found out that there was no hot tub. This was a main reason why booked at this property for the hot tub.

How the staff treats you is a breath of fresh air compared to what some other hotels act

The mattresses on the bed were very uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

Our room door didn’t shut, and wouldn’t shut without my husband pushing or pulling really hard. Our shower head wouldn’t work. The back door of the building didn’t work. The ice maker on our floor didn’t work. There was a used bottle of shampoo in our bathroom.

It was close to work

Asked for replacement shampoo and coffee, and to empty the trash. Never happened.

The staff is very pleasant and efficient. Coffee and tea are both available in the lobby. It makes for a welcoming atmosphere.

If I rate comfort alone, it’ll be a 5, cause the beds were soooo comfy, but everything was below par. There was an old McDonald’s bag with trash left in it in my room from the previous guests, despite displaying a sign that they clean all rooms with hospital quality cleaning 😏 The curtains were torn. I ordered house keeping and they didn’t replenish my toilet paper. I had to stop at the front desk to ask for toilet paper, and they told me if they have any more, they’d give it to me. Fortunately they found one roll in the back. They stated their truck hadn’t come yet to deliver their supplies. They also told me if they went to Walmart to purchase rolls of tp for a hotel, that it’ll be 7 times the cost of their supplies, which was TMI (too much info). The muffins for breakfast were dry, staff didn’t always speak. One morning I needed to speak with a staff member before I left out for work, and no one was there for a long time. I had to leave and call the front desk when I got to work to discuss what I needed. There were stains on one of the comforters, it looked clean, but stains were clearly present. They got my home address wrong on the receipt. Just safe to say that I will not be staying here anymore

In dire need of upgrading; fabric on desk chair sloughing off, parking an issue if high occupancy.

Really needs a refresh. Carpet doesn’t get vacuumed and bathroom had some issues with cleanliness

Bed and pillow was very comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Thursday night it was nice and quiet. Friday not was a different story, adults loud in the halls until after 11pm. Not happy about that. Then theybtook over the breakfast area on Saturday morning so i was unable to get any breakfast that day. The good breakfast is one reason i chose to stay there.

The property is old and dirty in some areas. Needs to be redone. We didn’t even have toilet paper on a toilet paper holder!!! A roll was on a shelf behind you! Crazy they just don’t go and buy a standing paper holder

The entire expert was sub par. Breakfast offerings were terrible they didn’t put me in a room that I booked and had no options to change and my closet door was not connected to the hinges and fell a room to the other wall. I reported this and was told there were no other options. Staff at front desk was rude. When I asked for linens for the sofa bed I was told “not sure if we have any but you need to come down the front desk to check”. Will not stay again. Very disappointed.

Though on the newer side, the room was a bit worn down (e.g. flaking leather on the chair), but good enough. The shower could have used some bleaching to remove a little mildew and the wall a little scrubbing, but they were good enough.

Room seemed in rough shape- dated Hair from other people on floor in bathroom. Not really clean as it should be.

The hotel could use some maintenance. There were damaged ceiling tiles and holes in the wall all over. The staff was kind and the breakfast was good.
