The hotel We're supposed to have a hot tub.And a heated pool. It had neither. The hot tub was empty and had chairs sitting around it . It was obvious it had not been used In a while. The pool water was 70 degrees if that. And the pool area was not even that. But the rooms were so hot,we had to sleep with no blankets even after turning the thermostat to 58 degrees.Management was notified, but did nothing.

We got the suite room so we would have space for 5 of us (2 doubles and a pullout couch). We got a last minute deal on the Expedia site and called ahead to make sure they had hot breakfast and that the pool and hot tub were working. Unfortunately it didn’t go well when we got there. The hotel room had peeling paint, smelled like mildew. The beds looked clean but the pullout sheets hadn’t been changed. When I went to the front, they didn’t have sheets or pillows for the pullout couch, so our youngest only had a thin sheet and one of our pillows. The hot tub was out of order and there were no towels in the pool area.
We had a great time at Busch Gardens, and it was nice to stay close, but we won’t be staying here again.

The shower was not that hot. The hot tub was broken. The pool was broken. The TV hardly gets any channels, but the place was clean and the staff was extremely friendly, but you can tell the hotel was run down. There’s a ceiling tile out in the hallway, the carpets all stained and bleached it needs a bad overhaul.

The room was ok but smelled moldy and the ceiling paint was bubbly. Lots of ceiling tiles were water damaged or missing. Indoor pool was freezing as was the hot tub. When I asked they said it hadn’t worked for months. Since this was a major reason we stayed there indoor pool and hot tub. We were very disappointed yes.

The worst experience was the hot tub and pool. Our family planned this trip for several weeks and our grandchildren were so excited about the indoor pool. The pool was extremely cold, in fact I had to ask for the heat to be turned on. We went in the hot tub and our granddaughter got water in her eyes and it burned her eyes for over 2 hours. The jacuzzi was full of very soapy water again it was very cold.
The rooms very dusty, there were spiders and cob webs in the guest room window. The tubs had no drain plugs for baths for the children.

Carpeting on 3rd floor had many bleach stains. Owners should have replaced immediately. Terrible optic. Were told the carpeting would not be replaced before the end of the year. Electronic keys would not work, even with the help of a nice staff person. She also helpfully gave us a room on another floor. Room rates the next day nearly tripled because of football game. We moved across the street to a much nicer hotel owned by same chain for a much less expensive rate.

Room was as clean as an old hotel can be. The room smelled musty when we arrived late and we just wanted to sleep. Due to the smell we woke up with stopped up noses and sore throats. My fault for not moving rooms. The employees were nice but this just wasn't my cup of tea or what I'm use to and we travel a lot.

The staff was outstanding but our room had a big bug crawling across the carpet (when we went to bed) which was dirty. The bathroom was old, toilet was running off and on all night and the room smelled like a VERY musty, wet basement.

Staff was excellent. Good customer service. Rugs throughout the hotel need to be replaced. Only 1 ice machine out of 3 was working. Pillows are to small and not comfortable. Will stay somewhere else next time we go to Williamsburg.
