My stay was great. My boyfriend had a flat tire and I asked Stacey with housekeeping and she was able to assist him with getting air in tire. Which saved us time and money. Thank you for going above and beyond. Much appreciated.

For needing a place to rest coming out of the hospital it was good and I thank Stacey for going over and beyond to help me good worker they have.

The room was phenomenal but the location was atrocious. The hwy was literally on top of the property was super busy.. no stores or restaurants close by. No vending machines no continental breakfast nothing. Even the ice machine was broken.

The front desk was really nice helpful and knowledgeable. However the room had a cigarette smell and there was no tv. Seemed like it had just been recently removed wires were hanging out the wall

Room was not ready had to wait for 45 minutes for the maid to come clean it, also the tub stopper was missing n they gave us the wrong one twice., after they clean the room and made us wait for 45 minutes. This was unacceptable. Not happy at all n not offered a discount at all either. Thank you

The floor was very sticky in my room the cleaning staff came in clean didn’t make no difference cause the cleaning product that he use before he doesn’t have it anymore he said also the shower or was very dark in there. There was no light and the bathtub when you go to turn on the knob the knob comes out in your hand. That’s just the start off of the room that room hasn’t been rented for a while so it smelled. I had to Febreze and disinfect and still didn’t make any difference air it out didn’t make any difference. The room itself is very dark and it feels very creepy and I kept staring at the ceiling and there’s nails sticking out of the ceiling in the shower. Bottom line provide your staff with the right equipment and cleaning products. Room needs TLC. It’s a nice room, but it’s not been taken care of.

Best motel hotel stay ever in my life in 66 years. Excellent customer service, huge suite, full size refrigerator, shower and bath separate. In room coffee, very quiet, comfortable beds. They made me feel like family. Cable TV had more channels than anyplace I have ever stayed at. Designated smoking area. Will stay there again. Great location. Thanks. Happy new year. Smiles.
