The property was great however I did not know there would be a $35 a day parking and $22 amenities fee. It would have been great to know that before my trip.

The property is in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. It has a great little beach where you can swim in the ocean.
However, there was black mold in the bathroom.

The rooms are only fully cleaned once every 4 days. You have to request daily chg of towels and trash Collection every day that you want that. The grounds are not maintained well. The hallways grounds have 0 maintenance. It’s super expensive for a hotel that doesn’t get cleaned often esp a Marriott. The beach is overcrowded and the water murky bc of overcrowding.

It was alright. The Reception could not pull our info Marriott Bonvoy account using my name and last name. So bummed about that. Also they charged us destination and parking every day of the week. They should have discounted or given free parking considering we bought for a week. The room was not exactly an Ocean View. It was a Partial Ocean View. Not happy about that. They need to put pictures of the exact room they are selling. Room Service was every other day.

Imagine ordering a filet mignon and getting a McDonald’s hamburger this is the best example I can think of for this hotel. The room was dirty (hair on shower, mold in several places in the bathroom) and while they did move us the next room had the same issues. The pool area is nice but lots of flys ( understand that can’t always be helped). Everything is walkable but the hotel itself was very disappointing. The breakfast buffet is good but skip Billfish for lunch, service is lacking. Fish Hopper which is a few minutes walk is amazing.

This is a somewhat dated hotel, but I've stayed here for decades because of its proximity to a snorkeling spot that's easy to enter and exit (sand, no rocks). However, this year I noticed a drop in quality. There was no hot water in the sink. The housekeeping failed to clean our room on the schedule they told us they would use, and when I asked about it I got a vague response with some attitude. (I didn't go all Karen on them, I was polite but confused as to why our room hadn't been cleaned. Because we snorkel a lot, we end up dirtying the room more than usual). I also noted for the first time how dated the carpet, building, etc. have become. The location is great but the hotel needs an upgrade and some customer service training. Also notable: the AC is cranked WAY up in the hotel itself. They could save a lot of money by turning the AC down and using the funds to upgrade the hotel :)

Hawaii is expensive enough without having to gouge clients $35 a day to park, really felt that was a slap in the face.
Hotel is clean, comfortable, and the pool is nice. Nice central location for the town itself.
Area is VERY NOISY in the early am if you are in the east tower. Lots of delivery trucks backing up etc.

First night there the hotbtub was cold & did not work.
Numerous guests besides myself reported it to the staff.
4 day i stayed & the tub still WAS NOT REPAIRED!!! Very disappointed with the lack of attention to maintain & keep guests happy. I paid alot of money to stay here for a convention & will let people know on social media to NOT STAY here.
They don't fulfill what they advertise.
Very disappointed that i stayed there.
Not satisfied with the lack of service.
