The only positive about the property was how close it was to Bourbon St. and the French Quarter. The pillows were horrible, the shower door leaked causing the floor to get soaked each time we showered (the floor/wall was even rotten outside of the shower), and the lobby stayed noisy. When I called down to have my car pulled out, it was difficult to get someone to answer and when someone did answer it would take 15-30 minutes to get my car. My car stayed parked on the side of the busy street for hours before it was parked in the garage. I would not stay here again.

One major problem is with booking. There are two Courtyard by Marriott a few blocks apart. When you book online your printout itinerary does not have an address or a phone number. I arrived at the wrong Marriott as did several others.
Another problem is street level signage. Neither hotel has signage easily view from the street if you are driving. The expense of parking is too high. I took the valet close to a half hour to delivery my car.
My room 314 was extremely difficult to enter with the luggage cart. The hallway very narrow with a 90-degree turn. I will be traveling to Nola several time over next few months. I doubt I will book with Marriott again.

We are in town for a family event, & this hotel is wonderful. Surprisingly, the area is very quiet. The staff are friendly & offered a wonderful suggestion for dinner. I will definitely stay her when I am in New Orleans again.
