Definitely up to the standards of this business-oriented chain. Clean, comfortable, safe, good location, friendly and convenient services. A bit pricey for both reservation and services - most clients looked like business customers charging to their companies.

Hello. I could not have asked for better service; includes front desk, housekeeping, bistro/bar. Elevators worked well. Overall, my room was good. The bed and pillows were comfortable for sleep and relaxation. The primary room, generally, worked well for my needs. The nearby rooms were mostly on the quiet side, which was appreciated. The bathroom is in need of some TLC. Specifically, the toilet seat is loose, the wall towel hook (behind door) is loose, and the shower head leaks a bit at the connection, when water is on. Morning shower water temperature adjustment was fine. However, if taking a shower in the afternoon hours, I needed to wait up to four-plus minutes before the hot water kicks in. After asking, I discovered there was no receptacle for recyclable waste items, such as the aluminum & plastic meal/to go plates. Thank you.

Staff were pleasant, room and hotel were neat and clean. No complaints.

Only thing I didn't like was WiFi was not secure or stable and rooms were too dark.

Got a handicapped room. Not sure why. If those were the only king sized rooms available? I didn't have the energy and time to debate it checking in at 10PM after a long day of travel. OK, except the shower had a tiny handheld shower head that was just dribbling out water randomly and when I tried to adjust it the water pressure was so high it was like getting slapped in the face and then the pressure blew the head out of the holder and it thrashed about the room until I could finally catch it. I fear if an actual handicapped person tried to use it they could have been seriously injured. Something needs to be done to control the water pressure. And there was a light bulb out in one of the recessed light fixtures. Definitely not top notch design or maintenance here. Also the front desk did not ask for my club number when I checked in, and then it was difficult to get onto the internet as it kept asking for my club number and wouldn't allow me to log in without it, but wouldn't take the number, because apparently my room wasn't 'marked' as a club member, even though I am one. And there is not enough parking. for the number of rooms, so if you get there late, don't expect to find 'free' parking nearby.

The property is in a great location where everything is within walking/driving distance. You don’t need to leave the hotel as dining/bar lounge is located within the hotel. The property and rooms are clean and spacious. Despite the property being located on a busy main road, the noise volume was minimal. As for the staff members, they all were very professional, courteous and accommodating. We definitely would stay here again or recommend this hotel to friends and family.
