Great hotel. Good Location! Wish bar would of been open!

Happy with our stay! Would definitely come back

Although the hotel itself was clean and the rooms were nice, we were in were in a conjoined room and could hear absolutely everything on the other side of the door. Our neighbors were very loud and when we were woken up again at 3am, they continued to yell after the hotel staff told them to be quiet. The hotel staff told me she could not move my room because I booked it through a 3rd party. With the continued shouting, I packed our bags and went downstairs with my daughter explaining I was willing to go to any sized room. The front desk staff continued to say she couldn't do anything but maybe they could move us tomorrow despite the fact that there were available rooms that night. After some time, they were able to book us in another room. I'm not sure what changed after the first several times I asked but we then settled in our room at nearly 4am. This was a very unfortunate situation and I wish the hotel staff would have handled it differently.

The Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Brentwood was built around 2020 so is a new hotel. The rooms are large and decorated in a clean, modern style which I like. The walk in shower is well designed with the controls far enough away from the shower head that I could select the water temperature I wanted before stepping under the shower head. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and gave me the quiet room that I requested. There was plenty of free parking which I appreciated. Also there are restaurants nearby.

Just as other reviewers stated...very nice, clean place! Lots of places very close to walk for dinner and a Starbucks for breakfasts across the parking lot. Hotel is right off the highway which was a plus for us! Pillows do need to be replaced;) which was something I had read from another reviewer but other than that, a PERFECT stay!!!

For a Marriott, I would expect a complimentary breakfast or sit down restaurant. It had a Starbucks inside, when there’s a Starbucks literally within 500 feet across the parking lot. The one inside doesn’t open until 7am. I’m an early riser and went to the one in the parking lot around 5am. Room was nice. No safe for valuables. 2nd floor above the first floor entry. Heard every opening/closing of the doors. Otherwise quiet. Enjoyable. It’s a Marriott. We’ll stay again.

Still fairly new hotel in great location. Elevator needs to be fixed and was broken the entire duration of my stay.

Amanda at checkin is one of the greatest assets of this hotel—an amazing employee. If I still had my business I’d hire her away. Room was exceptional and quiet.. best yet for St Louis!
