Went for Christmas at family. The staff was so nice, so welcoming, from front desk to Bar and food area staff, to housekeeping. Rooms were clean, place was clean, and was quiet. Will definitely be visiting again

Booked this hotel accidentally (was trying to book another, happy accident!). Stay was great, quick service. Room was nice! Beds comfortable, accessibility was good in the first floor room. Didn’t have time to utilize the bar/breakfast but looked great. Desk attendant Roz was so nice and informative, great conversation. :) Would return/recommend 👍

Very Clean. Smells nice! Staff are very helpful and friendly with the exception of the person that worked after midnight. She was very unwelcoming.
Otherwise, all about this place is excellent! The location—unbeatable.

The courtyard was clean and the staff was friendly. The area it’s in is kind of scummy and the walls are paper thin. The pool is tiny. You can hear everything from other rooms. Overall it’s an average stay.

Very Disspointed with both the fact that the indoor pool was closed and, worse, how the front desk was so matter of fact about it without sincerity and such. Her name was Heather. At checkout, Roz was quite the opposite and without me even mentioning the pool, gave us a new bottle of water. Why do I mention this, because Heather was aware I was buying 2 bottle of water and a snack when we checked in, and when i walked over to the "shop," she abruptly stated "we aren't done yet." Frankly, very put off by her behaviour as I don't think she has any idea she works in the HOSPITLITY business, unlike Roz!
May rethink staying here in the future as I was very happy the prior time, but not thrilled this time!!

For starters when we arrived early the front desk guy was very mean. We ask if we can check in early and his response was rude. They express how check in is 3. And we received a text at 5pm that our room was ready. Shame on them. And then we ask for a late check out to be told no. I will not be staying here. And the final is i only book this hotel because it said breakfast included. To find out its not!!!!

For the price charged for the room, it’s simply not worth it. No breakfast included, no complimentary coffee on-site, just a Starbucks machine where you’re required to pay for coffee. The pool is disappointingly small, with no hot tub in sight. Although the restaurant bar is advertised to stay open until midnight, they closed the tab at 11 PM, leaving me unable to order a drink. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately, that’s not enough to make me return.
