Beds needs to be upgraded

Terrible service. The housekeeping team came to my 2-bedroom room but only made up *one* bed. They completely ignored the overflowing garbage bins and food crumbs on the table—nothing was cleaned. When I called to ask why they only made up one bed and if I needed to pay extra for the other half of the room to be cleaned, they told me it was because there was a laptop on the other bed, so they couldn’t make it up (as if it were a bomb—completely ridiculous). When I asked about their excuse for ignoring the garbage bins and dirty tables, they said they would send the cleaning staff again. I waited from 4 PM to 10 PM, and no one came. When I called again, they claimed that they *did* come, but I didn’t let them in (can you imagine the size of this lie?). I told them I was in the room the entire time and no one showed up. Their response? They asked why I didn’t call again (victim-blaming, much?). At good hotels, you shouldn’t have to repeat your requests—especially when they’ve already messed up. To make matters worse, every time I called to complain, the front desk constantly hung up on me, saying, “There is a client in front of me,” as if I wasn’t also a client. In the end, they promised to call me back the next day before 12 PM. Guess what? They never did. As a result, my room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days. Absolutely nothing. I do not recommend this place if you value even minimal comfort.

Terrible! The 3 coldest nights 20-22 Jan no heat. I was forced to check out and go somewhere else that have heat.

The young man who checked me in was very professional and provided a welcoming atmosphere. Facilities were clean and up to date. The complimentary breakfast was nutritious and delicious.

THIS HOTEL HAS ROACHES!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! When I checked in, the person was less than pleasant…nasty nice is what I would call her!!! I was told my deposit would be released in 7-10 business days…IT WAS NOT!!! After 7 days, I called the hotel and was told it was refunded immediately. It was not! I called back and spoke with the hotel’s manager/director, he was rude, unprofessional and borderline hung up on me without solving my deposit problem. After calling my credit card company, I was told the hotel actually voided my original deposit date, gave me a refund of “$0.99” (as opposed to my $100 original deposit). This process generated an additional “7-10” business days for my deposit to be released, which was then, $99.90. JUST UNDERSTAND, THAT IF YOU HAVE A FINANCIAL DISPUTE WITH THIS HOTEL…DO NOT, AND I REPEAT, DO NOT EXPECT HONEST OR SINCERE RECIPROCITY. Stay at this hotel at your own risk.
