Clean property

When stay in a hotel, the least you want is to be safe. Unfortunately hotels like this offer parking for your vehicle, charge you for tgst and its not safe at all!!! Myself and other guests gets our vehicles windows and properties broken and stolen. And the manager at the time just told us to make a police report and insurance claim. Thats it! I am very disappointed

Th property is a bit outdated. However, my suite was nice. It was difficult to get hot water and heating didn’t work.

The hotel is ok not exactly what i was expecting at all. The room they put us in the AC wasn't working so it was pretty hot and when i complained they send the maintenance which took at least an hour and nothing was done because it stayed hot. I called to complain about it again an they finally agreed to change our room and the second room was better however the overall experience was not sooo great they only have two working elevators and one of the two would go out ever so often so waiting for the elevator because a thing to do. Parking is expensive and kinda sucks. The employees can also be disrespectful but just a few not all.

4 elevators and only 1 working, was a big issue. The lady at the front desk was nice .

Room looked just like the photo. Large clean room with plenty of outlets including USB. Both beds shared 1 nightstand. Bathroom was missing a tub stopper but otherwise nice. Our room was by the stairwell and the door was super loud whenever someone would use the stairwell, but people stopped using it around 8pm so not a big deal. We left early in the morning so not sure if it would be an issue if someone was trying to sleep in.

The AC doesn’t work at all blows hot 79 degrees njso

Checked into rm 720 & had no ac. Got moved to 819, which was still warm at night (73 degrees). Reported issues to management a total of 5 times, maintenance came very late on the 2nd night & advised to wait 30 minutes before trying to turn on thermostat. Tech suggested we could get moved to another room but at this point it was after 11 pm and my son was already asleep in the room so we stayed. BIG mistake- woke up at 3:30 am to a very stagnant 75 degrees; thermostat never did work. Other guests I spoke with claimed to have similar thermostat issues. Reported issue AGAIN to manager on duty on morning of checkout - who at least was apologetic; requested and got free breakfast; bacon was SEVERELY undercooked by the way. Other issues: elevators were very shaky and overall dirty, poor water drainage in some areas of garage, water cooler in gym was empty. The room and beds were otherwise ok. But overall, the level of maintenance on this property is very poor and it’s unfortunate that I had to complain to the front desk multiple times before any action was taken. Had booked due to competitive rate & good location but hands down this was a TERRIBLE experience and one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

My stay was good , i had a good nights rest, the only thing was i can hear traffic from the highway all night long. The room was very clean , the bed was very comfortable

The hotel was nice

I checked into the hotel and then went up to my room. When I got to my room, I noticed that the toilet was leaking and had leaked toilet water all over the bathroom floor. The AC in the room also did not work. I gathered up my things and went back downstairs and told the front desk folks what I had seen. They gave me another room and I went up to this room. When I got in the 2nd room it became apparent very quickly that this AC was also not working. I went back downstairs asked for a room with a working AC. It was at this point that the front desk woman told me that the AC was out in the whole building. I asked her why she hadn't just told me this in the first place and she said that she wasnt allowed too!! I was furious! I told her that she had wasted my time and asked for a refund for my stay. She then told me that she didn't have the authority to issue refunds and that I would have to call back the next day and speak with a manager. I have tried through Hotels.com and the Crowne Plaza and still have NOT gotten a refund. This is unacceptable and terrible way to conduct business.

Nice sized room. Fairly clean. No major stains. Issue was door handle for restroom was broken. It would come off when you piled the door closed.

Horrible experience for my 2-day stay. I've stayed at this property many times and this will be my last. Had to move rooms the first day because the AC wasnt working. New room... AC still not working (79° in the room), toilet does not properly flush, water is luke warm at best. Garage access kept disconnecting and had to call support multiple times. Staff was courteous but there was nothing they could do. The night front desk rep on my last night was full of attitude and rude. Came to learn that the AC issue was the entire building and was never resolved during my stay.
