Good location in cedar rapids near markets, restaurants and shops. The price was affordable for what you get. Breakfast could be better. There is a Mexican restaurant in their parking lot so options are available for lunch and dinner pretty good restaurant.

The hotel was pretty good we've been there off and on for the last past 4 months each time we were there the washer and dryer was always out of order it's probably not going to change I think they should take that luxury off of their amenities list.

I will not recommend this place for anyone.
1. Front Desk woman was unprofessional and rude.
2. First room we got small hairs all over the bed.
3. Second room we got same problem less hair and dirty. I had to wipe down a bit.
4. Kids outside in the parking lot playing at 10 pm around touching our car. Which I think it was strange, them teenagers possibly belong to the woman that check us in. Her name was BillyJo Billy something? After I yelled out they started running towards those apartments across the street.

The room was dated but clean.
The property was close to shopping and restaurants and only 5 minutes from downtown.
Breakfast was essentially just quick carbs. There was no protein.
The desk staff was friendly.

The location is ideal - right off of I-390 but a very quiet area. Room had everything we needed. A free Sunday "Cedar Rapids Gazette" was welcome as was a nice brkf area. The only problem were very small ants on the bathroom floor which we reported.

Had lengthy conversation at front desk re staying on same room for another night as was driving 24hrs non stop
Yet at 11am had a knock on foor asking why i havent checked out!!
Im staying and had paid for an additional night
