Property was nice for the price, staff in the other hand ( morning staff) the front desk lady in the morning when we when to have breakfast she got upset because she needed to clean approximately 10 cerios cereal that my 2 years old dropped by accident, then she got more upset and asked us to keep my 2 years quiet, by the way he was doing normal talking and playing for a 2 years old, because her coworker was sleeping in the back, because he worked all night, I will understand if my child was wild yelling or making bigger noise but for real how you expect a 2 years old to be eating quiet without talking or asking for more food or different things to drink, after she went back to the front desk and keep talking so we just left, so if you’re traveling with kids no recommend it, I traveled with a 6 y/o 2 y/o my husband and a dog. Only needs nicer staff

I had a nonsmoking room but when I returned at the end of the day my room reeked of smoke. Also there was an unplugged floor lamp next to the couch but there was no outlet for it.

Spacicaly asked for a ground floor room. Checked in at 5:00pm and was told that they gave it away. We are 70 years old with medical issues and stairs are an issue for us.

When we first pulled up to the hotel we weren't sure... but once inside the room it was very clean & looked recently updated. The bed & pillows were very comfy! Large screen TV with sports channels, hbo, etc. We were happy about that since we were watching a college game. Shower pressure wasn't great, but the bathroom was clean. We took a very short walk to main street and had dinner. It was very convenient and we felt safe walking.

Average property. Was ask about having pets, and then was put right over a woman with three dogs, barking bedsheets, head stains, and cigarette burns room spilled, smoky and musty.

Where to begin. Called twice to reserve 1st floor room months in advance due to knee replacement. Moved is day two, key expired, new key night three returned to room … key expired no staff on premises. Locked out for well after 11PM. Meds and med equipment in room. An utter disaster and totally unacceptable. Jack Patel showed up finally as he went on a walk.

So dirty! Absolutely disgusting and horrible. I slept sitting up in a chair because it was late and otherwise we had a 4 hour drive home and I didn’t feel like arguing with someone.

They let us check late, which was very helpful.

They are in the process of renovating and we got one of the newly renovated rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean. We have two dogs and I was thrilled to see plank flooring instead of carpet.
