Checked in on Thursday afternoon customer service was friendly and fast. Went to my room at first glance looked ok then walked through to the bathroom and then was the problems. Spiderwebs. The bathtub was not clean hair in tube and on on toilet. Went out on Friday morning came back to room only to see room service had been there only because the trash was gone but the bed was not made and only one towel was left and more hair in bathtub after cleaning it myself when Checked in Thursday. Left again Saturday morning and came back that night and no room service at all trash still there and again bed not made over all my stay was terrible. Will not stay there again

Best budget hotel within walking distance of Hampton Aquaplex. Basic budget hotel best described as a "time capsule motel with no frills" This is near other hotels that charge 2x to 3x as much per night. Can also easily walk to nearby restuarants such as McDonald's, Freddies Custard, and Dunkin Donuts. Kroger, Starbucks, Olive Garden, and several others are just 1/2 mile away.

Don't know when floor was last mopped/cleaned. walked from bathroom to bed and feet were black. Spilled a little water by desk and when using a towel to get it up, towel was black and just nasty. And there was no dresser oor chest of drawers to put anything in and also no place off the floor to put luggage or other things. Was a desk that allowed writing space and room for laptop use..

sink drain stopper was broken, and slow drain. Hot water wasn't, just moderately warm, and low water pressure Floor in bedroom may have been vacuumed but not wet mopped anytime recently, as just walking from bathroom area to bed side, barefoot, left feet dirty.

We anticipated a clean and adequate location for our Thanksgiving holiday. I was encouraged by the Windham franchise. I was so disappointed. The sheets and bed cover had stains on itvfrom previous bisitirs
The bathroom had dyst and cobwebs on the foor. The main bedroom area had a dirty floor. No.water has been on the gloor in months. The freezer of the frig had black on top.of the ice . While the.pricepoint is friendly enough, I would have paid twice as much for a better experience.
This place needs a clean up quickly. The smell of smoke was apparent from first stepping into the room.
Definately not a 2* location.

Saw roaches in the bathroom within 5 minutes of arrival. No phone or coffee maker in room as stated on line. Never got housekeeping service at all. No breakfast on Thanksgiving morning, just coffee. Very disappointed in this hotel!

the toilet was broke we asked them to fix it they didn't fix it the sink had flex pipe for gas stoves duct tape to it there was rude guest and the desk chair was broke and my husband fell back in it and hurt his back

Days Inn doesn't seem to care if a customer has been charged for a service that they did not provide. It took several phone calls to them and Hotels.com. Finally I contacted my credit card company. After 7 days the charge was gone. Not sure if they took care of it or if my credit card company did.

The location is less than desirable. Towels are washcloths are scarce. Even when staff was asked for more they weren’t left in the room like they said that they would be. An unwanted person tried to access my room at 3am. Others were fist fighting in the hallway outside of my room. I would not stay here again

Shook. I booked here because it was within walking distance to the coliseum and everything else was either booked or outrageously expensive. How bad could it be, right? All I need is a clean place to sleep— but that’s definitely not what you’ll get here. There was used chewing gum on the headboard, cigarette burns in the sheets, and the “white” shower curtain was brown. This is more like a rent by the hour type of establishment. I’d recommend staying elsewhere and taking an uber to the coliseum.

Totally unacceptable with conditions that included cockroaches, mold, and general filth present throughout the room. Our "non-smoking" room reeked of cigarettes so badly that we asked to move rooms. The only other room available was a smoking room. Would have left entirely if we weren't running behind schedule for an event.
