Room didn’t look how it looked on the app dead bugs in the toilet charge extra $50 for security deposit

Poor drainage in bath and sink. Very low signal/ or none WiFi

Mgr was wonderful. Great mexican restaurant next door.

If you like roaches, three inches of dust on your ceiling fan, stains, a door you cant open, no smoke detector, etc, then this is your place. I will, however say that the lady at the front desk was super nice.

The woman who checked me in was very kind and friendly, the restaurant was good. The room was comfortable.

This place is horrible. The owner screamed at me because i asked him why he charged a $50 fee on my credit card. I reserved a king bed they put me in a double bed without saying anything. The tv was broken so they moved me to a room that was already rented.. i was moved again to another room. The door handle was broken. The tub was clogged and full of water. There was black hair all over the bed sheets when i called to ask to be moved again the owner hung up on me. This place is beyond horrible

Location is perfect. Room has nice. The only negative was the shower. It needs to be updated. Place was quiet. I am able to sleep in. Dunkin a few blocks away, in walking distance. Across the street plenty of shopping options. Staff was friendly.

the area outside was filthy.Cigarett butts everywhere...dirty,sticky handrails. the room was clean but had a number broken items.

Stayed multiple nights. First night they never even made my bed or cleaned my room & I was out all day. When the person manning the front desk left to pick up her child, the persons left behind didn't know how to check guests w/ reservations in. My check-in took ~30 min. When my room key stopped working the maid manning the desk wasn't sure if she could leave the desk or if she had the right master key to let me in. I told her that I had worked a full day & someone had to find a way to let me into the room. The wi-fi code didn't work, so I gave up. The free breakfast was skimpy--I arrived at 6 am & no orange juice. Noisy--refrigerator truck outside my door ran all night. The next night a loud arguing couple came in at 1:30 am & left at 5:30 am--still loudly arguing. I would never stay here again!

The night time receptionist is excellent. She made sure to switch my room timely when there was a problem. I'll come back

The bathrooms, bed, and sinks were clean but the floors were terribly dirty. Filthy dirty. I had to wear socks the entire time because it was turning the bottoms of my feet black. Room smelled of cigarettes even though I had a non-smoking room. The shower was nice and hot. Minimal towels or toiletries offered so bring your own. The bed was comfortable but made loud noises when I got into or out of it . There are metal bed skirts that rumble like thunder when you move around on the bed. Very annoying. I did see several live roaches. No coffee maker but there is good coffee available in the office. Microwave worked fine and was clean. Television service was confusing and slow, but worked ok. Internet was patchy the whole week I was there. The fridge in my room barely worked and my food went bad before the week was up. In fact, I left a whole night early (with no refund or money back!) because my dog's food in the fridge spoiled and I had to throw it out. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Ice maker was located down the walkway in a secluded alleyway and although creepy to walk to, worked well. Very noisy area with lots of traffic and emergency vehicle sirens. It did quieten down around 10 pm. Pet friendly but has a high pet rate and you have to stay in road-front rooms if you have pets. Overall the room served my needs and was comfortable for sleeping, but was too dirty and noisy for my preference.

Lots of activity going on all night in the parking lot and kind of sketchy but the staff is awesome and the rooms are very clean

It was not well kept, pool need repairs and was closed, rooms were not even close to being well kept. It was sketchy and felt very unsafe. Cancelled enervations and went elsewhere.. I should not see a charge on my account and if so, I will be in touch. That place should not be associated with Wyndham hotels at all.

Floors were dirty, guest chair nasty. No hot water I. Shower and tub did not drain. Said room was no -smoking but smelled of stale smoke and saw burn spots through out the room.

It was fine, you just have to put an extra towel and breakfast is supposed to be until 9. I went down to breakfast after 8 and there was very little left so I couldn't eat anything.

no hot water period cold cold showers 3 days and mini fridge did not get cold even though i turned cool up hot drink not going back cold water showers froze me
