This was a great hotel and the staff were on point. The manager was awesome and upgraded us because my wife wanted to be on the bottom floor. If I’m ever in this area again I would stay again. The room was renovated and ac was cold. We can’t complain it was a pleasant experience.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. The room is clean and well equipped (Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, large screen TV and excellent WiFi). Can;t ask for more. It is my 5th stay, and will be returning. Highly recommended.

The client for whom I booked the room arrived at the hotel at 1:30. Check-in is at 3 in the afternoon. They didn't even allow him to stay inside the hotel during that time period.

The floor in the room and bathroom, had not been swept. There was dirt and hair on the floor. The fan in the bathroom was very loud (needs replacing). Everything else was ok. It looked like they were remodeling other rooms on the property.

It is not a 5 start lodging, but for the price is worthwhile the stay. The room was clean, well equipped (could not get the microwave to work - it was plugged in behind a couch - maybe it was not plugged - I did not bother to check); The staff was friendly - I have no complaints.

El peor servicio que hemos recibido, el personal de la oficina vendió dos veces uno de los cuartos que reserve y fueron a tocar la puerta a las once quince de la noche y se portaron amenazantes con una pareja de la tercera edad, cuando les llame para aclarar porque se habían portado así con mis invitados su respuesta fue si no les gusta el servicio pase por la oficina y les regreso su dinero, se pueden ir, en una forma muy discriminatoria y autoritaria, además de que traigo unas picaduras de algún insecto en mis brazos
