I did not catch the lady’s name that checked us in, but she was amazing!!! So was the check in super fast in and out the lobby in about 8 minutes very clean place and super nice staff

Staying for one night room seems clean, bed very comfortable but room and hallway does have a smell not very pleasant. But okay for our one night stay. Front staff were very nice and professional.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The hotel is a great value and is clean and spacious. The hotel has multiple swimming pools and hot tubs. The fitness room has a good assortment of workout equipment and all the equipment is in excellent working order. There are multiple bars and restaurants on the grounds of the hotel.

We got a roach infested room, it was disgusting. I moved my family in the middle of the night to another hotel. The trash can filled with little roaches within an hour of putting in chip bags. Roaches in the corners and behind the tv dresser, and around the front door. Worst room I’ve ever been in. The pool area was nice.

Facility is outdated. Lobby and common areas have been updated and are appealing; rooms not as much. The hotel room was dusty and aggravated my allergies. Restroom is very small.

Didn't like the hidden resort and parking fees totaling around $50/day. The room was renovated but ceiling was low, bathroom door hits the tub so you need to squeeze around it. Nothing exciting, however the lobby is beautiful.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The television did not work. I informed maintenance and no one came and fixed it. They also have a $25 a day resort fee used towards food and beverage, but it does not accrue so if you do not use it that day you lose it. The receptionist was extremely rude to me. I will never go back here. It is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a resort owned by Marriott of which I am a bon voyage member.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Pool and hot tubs looked very nice although it was a little too chilly for us to swim- although we did see lots of others swimming. Great location. Was short drive to ESPN which was the reason we were there. We had a great view of pool and hot tub from our room. Would definitely stay here again!

A/C didnt work properly in our room, television also didnt work at all throughout the whole resort due to internet outage. Elevators were out of order half of our stay as well. Was really looking forward to our stay but unfortunately were disappointed.
