I loved the room. however, our mini fridge did not work at all during our entire stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful in other ways but I wish the fridge worked.

Our stay was like a home away from home. Clean comfy room, friendly staff and was aesthetically pleasing. Oh and the indoor pool was definitely a plus!!

The hotel is not to far from BTR. The area has multiple eatery places, Wal-Mart, Albertsons and Dollar Tree. I arrived on a Friday and was able to check-in my room early, which was wonderful. On Saturday no one cleaned my room. On Sunday, I called the front desk to ask if housekeeping was working today because I was hoping someone would clean the room. I was told housekeeping was by request. I had never heard of such and wasn't informed of that during check-in. I asked what was the purpose of the door sign that says something like "come back later". I didn't get a straight answer. They also didn't have cookies baked all the time.

Several lights out in room, furniture pretty beat up in room, both elevators smell bad, and front lobby staff busy playing games on phone instead of friendly hello.

Overall the property and check in was nice. However upon check in my toilet was clogged with poop from the previous guest. There was also long hair in different spots on the bathroom floor. The bathroom was completely unacceptable, there’s no way cleaning staff didn’t see that.

The room was not clean. The bathroom toilette had urine or water in the seat and there was hair in the shower. The bathroom sink was stopped up after running water the floor was dirty aswell. The bed was nice freshly made and probably had not been changed. We complained to the frint desk but there were no other rooms available and cleaning supies were locked away.

This is a nice older hotel. It is nicely decorated and felt warm and inviting upon check in. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was large. It could stand some updates and the bed was a tad uncomfortable for me. The air conditioner did its job and so we slept good. Had a little trouble with the shower but nothing major. The tub was large and the water pressure in the shower was great. The room could use what I call a deep cleaning and carpets could stand an upgrade. Otherwise, the room was clean and had sufficient amenities.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. I like it! Will be staying here again.
