Nice hotel. Good breakfest. Heat didnt work but was fixed quick. Dusty in room. No microwave which was weird. 1st ever hotel i stayed with no microwave. beverages needed restocked. wasnt much left in hotel lobby store. overall tho would stay again. Wish I had time to checkout the pool. was a late quick trip.

Our stay was perfect. The hotel is close to main routes into Belleville, IL and St Louis, Mo.
it was clean, quiet and close to food and gas. The perfect stop-over for us. We will use this hotel again when we visit friends and family in the area!

Ruby at the front desk started off our stay with an amazing, friendly and super helpful check-in! She is a star. The hotel is nice and very spacious- the rooms are well-kept. Showing their age a little.

Overall, the property is in excellent condition and we have stayed there many times over the past 15 years. Some of the rooms have items that need an upgrade (badly scratched furniture, refrigerators, etc). The hallways could have been cleaner (linen removal, trash pickup), although the staff did their best to address this. Overall, though, this hotel’s location, layout, amenities, and Porter’s Restaurant make it an excellent choice for the Metro East area.

Check In went quickly, asked for two keys and was provided with two, however one was not keyed to the room. The next morning, took a shower, turning the know to H for hot water. The water was cold. It started to warm up and when I had it go through the shower head, it became cold again. When I told the front desk upon check out, they were apologetic and offered compensation, however I declined. They did say they would look into the issue. Unsure if it was my user error or if something else was going on. The toom itself has some stains by the ac unit.

Couldn't get water from faucet of bathtub for shower. Finally got enough for minimum flow shower. I stayed in room 107 very very noisy with elevator noise. One desk clerk told me no rooms I got on Expedia and they had rooms and I booked it and stayed one night. Not a good experience!

In hotel room a whole row of electrical outlets did not work. There was an electrical strip with multiple lights, alarm clocks .etc plugged in that were inoperable.

Could not get shower to work so called and was informed that sometimes you have to pull real hard to get it to work. I feel the price you pay you should not have to fight to take a shower in the morning. Shower was a handicap shower and there would be no way a handicap person could get the shower to work. Was told next time you just need to call the front desk and have someone come down to room.
