Drury Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport

We chose this property because it had a high rating. However, this property is a three out of five stars. It’s definitely not on the higher end.

Room was nice. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was average but no breakfast tea. ( i know this is an English thing) staff very friendly The down side to this hotel is the communication prior to arrival. Despite 3 emails i did not recieve a reply.

Very convenient and the evening food was a big plus.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The food & beverages were a nice bonus and surprised me with offering a complimentary dinner. I reserved a double room and got a handicap room. The carpeting and walls were in need of replacement. The heat and a/c unit did not work properly. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Conveniently close to the airport.

Love the free afternoon snack and easily walkable to Delta museum and shuttle to the airport.

I liked the Happy hour in the evening. I liked the mini market and the meal options. The staff were very nice n very hospitable. This will definitely be my go to whenever I’m in Atlanta

Staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and modern. The breakfast had a great variety of offerings.

Excellent option for ATL airport - will be my go to from now on for a place to sleep after a missed connection. Airport shuttle on the half-hour.

Checking in was easy and Cassandra was great. The happy hour was an unexpected surprise which was nice. Breakfast was good, all items hot. The only complaint would be the shuttle as it did not go to Terminal E which was where we needed to go.

The front counter staff were lovely. Friendly and helpful. The beds and bedding was very comfortable and the room was very clean. They have a lot of perks but we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of them. Perfect for a quick stay

We were only there for 1 night. The front desk guy was very nice. He was helping someone when we arrived. He kept thanking us for being patient. I’m not sure the other guest had ever checked into a hotel, or they were high. (They sure smelled like weed.) There were no luggage trolleys available, but the desk guy offered to go find one. We improvised. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. My husband went down to the car later to grab something and said the lobby reeked of weed. He did not see smoke, but the scent was very pungent. We did not smell anything on our floor or in our room so we were fine. The location was great. The parking lot is fenced, so we felt safe to leave some things in our van. My husband had the breakfast provided. He said it was good. My son & I chose to visit the Chick Fil A Dwarf House around the block for breakfast. Check it out if you go. There are several themed CFAs in the Atlanta area. When we checked out the next morning, the desk girl was helping another guest with info about Atlanta. Nice job. We will stay here again if we are in Atlanta overnight.

Indoor/outdoor pool,great customer service

I was very impressed with this hotel and my stay there. It's very convenient to the airport while still being budget friendly. The staff were all great, the daily dinner, popcorn and soda machine are a huge bonus and the restaurant next door was great!

Stay was good; however, the spa was dirty, and the elevators went out and we were on the third floor. The front desk did volunteer to refund part of the cost and that was really nice. And again, service was always on 110%.
