We stayed here for 3 months for work. Friendly staff. Clean property. Bed was comfortable. Easy to get mail and deliveries. The only complaint is they need more washers and dryers and hotter water.

Well, they put me in a room that had a door to the next unit to me. I was was next to stair well. Building is built very poorly. Im a union electrician for 33 yrs so I know construction well. The plywood floor had spots that was springy like it wasnt nailed down well and poorly insulated for sounds. I could here everyone walking in the hallway. Atleast 5 pepole tried to open my door.??i couldnt fall asleep from all the noises I could here. The floor was echoing. Most of all kitchen sink faucet loose.deal breaker no hot water to take my fn shower.

The hotel offers a budget-friendly option, but the overall experience leaves much to be desired. While the price is lower compared to other accommodations, it feels unjustified given the compromises. Not offering breakfast is understandable at this price point, but the lack of cleanliness throughout the property is disappointing. The rooms and common areas could benefit from better maintenance, as they detract significantly from the stay.
On a positive note, the staff is friendly and helpful, doing their best to assist guests. The location is another highlight, situated in a convenient and pleasant area. However, these positives are overshadowed by the cleanliness issues and the perception that even at a lower cost, basic standards should be met. This hotel may work for a short stay, but improvements in cleanliness and value for money are necessary to make it a truly worthwhile choice.

The doors were broken in the kitchen are, roaches, it smelled, there were stains on the carpet etc etc etc spend the extra money stay anywhere else.

Up until 2025 the price was reasonable, under 75 which is even a stretch for staying here. It's convenient to where I work when I'm in town. Front desk has a very sweet young lady and i feel bad for her because she can't fix the many issues on the property.

You see blood on the curtains… could it be worst ?
Thankfully Expedia refunded because I couldn’t stay in the filthy room . Staff didn’t attend to.

Room was not very clean. Remote for tv sticky and has what i hope was chocolate on it. Bathroom didnt have toilet paper nor the holder for it. Property didnt seem very safe.
