Econo Lodge Billings

Our check in went smoothly, I asked for a roll-out bed for my children, and the front desk attendant had no idea where they had put their beds, and informed me that her boss lady was also unaware of where their roll-outs may be. I didn't think that was very professional, and it didn't make the hotel seem like it was well organized and put together. Add to the fact one of the biggest reasons we chose the Econo Lodge was for the hot tub/spa area, and nowhere on the site or on Expedia did it say that their spa was out of service, after we arrived we saw the spa room shut down and full of tvs and lamps. The overnight gal was also curt and rude. During our stay, we found out we had a leak from the bathroom into the main room. A maintenance guy for the building came in, and was there for maybe about 5 minutes and just said it was leftover water under the floorboards from a previous leak in the bathroom. He didn't take much time to take a look and see it was coming from the bathroom and not leftover water that wasn't properly cleaned out. We were offered to switch rooms so we agreed, and after he left we never heard anything from anybody for the rest of the night. In the morning, when we went to checkout, we found out that we were moved into a different room on the computer but nobody came by to let us know or give us the new keys. I found the whole stay to be a bit of a headache, and honestly I wouldn't ever get a room there again; if I do it's literally only because of the prices.

To say this place was a dump would be a major understatement. But the the front desk was friendly, and was more than happy to switch my room after I discovered a family of mice living in the room I was in. If I had a choice between staying here, or sleeping in my car. I’m definitely sleeping in my car.

Stay was good. Nice clean rooms . Breakfast was nice good choices.

This is the most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed in. The toilet paper had poop on the side of the roll. Which there cleaning staff didn’t bother to throw it out, they just folded the end to look all fancy. The cups in the room had crumbs and sticky all over just flipped upside down on the ice bucket. There was dirt all over the floor. This is a budget hotel so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy but clean would be nice. I will say the bed was comfortable and the sheets appeared to be clean.

Evening desk clerk was great. Facility was dated. Bed was clean and comfy, No toilet paper, no towels, no tissues, but all supplied on request. Carpet & toilet could have been cleaner. Breakfast was bread , bagels & cereal.

Everything was run down and seemed like border line homeless people hanging around the front and the lobby.

First room hadnt been cleaned, next room had no working outlets but one, no heat faucet in sink didnt work, iffy is owner he has several slum hotels infedted with roachs, bedbugs and he stole $146 from my friends credit card, still havent figured out how they got her cc #. Do not rent from here or motel 6

Hot tub hasn’t been working for a while.

They charged me four times for the hotel and didn't return it.

Bugs in the bed , ended up leaving due to the bugs went to a different hotel.

Refigerator didn’t work. No mat in bathtub. Slippery and dangerous.

5-stars all around for this value-price property. Clean, fresh room. Welcoming staff. Designated outdoor pet area with poop bags.

Housekeeping did not vacuum the floor prior to my stay. The floor was covered in light brown food crumbs, and small, red, square dog food was still on the floor. Towels were unfolded or missing from the rack, and what should have been soaps on the sink was a soap upside down off the stand and a makeup wipe. The sink faucet could only go full jet or off. The deadbolt latch was missing. I was only able to check in after 6 pm because housekeeping was not done but, after they were supposed to be done, the floor was as dirty as it was before. The sheets were clean, so I stayed in the room and wore shoes. There was wall-pounding, screaming, f-bombing coitus occurring for 30 minutes against the common wall around 11 pm, but nothing was done by the nonverbal staff working just below the room to enforce quiet hours. Common area carpets were covered in dirt and detritus but never vacuumed while housekeeping walked over the dirty carpets. The waffle iron worked well, and the shower water was hot. I moved to the nearby Super 8 and had a clean, quiet, safe, kid-friendly, G-rated experience.
