Staff were very friendly and helpful. The heat in th rooms was very hot (had to open windows that had no safety measures for falling out) and seemed out of th guest’s control. There was no coffee in th rooms.

Very convenient to Lincoln Center performances and Central Park. Nice restaurants close by. Rooms are clean, but could use a little TLC as they are showing wear and tear. Good deal for location.

The hotel needed updating. My bathroom mirror was cracked on the edge and the cabinet was off its hinges. I took photos I was in room 640 if they’d like to fix these issues.

The hotel is really cool and in an excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was always cleaned really well. The hotel bar is awesome with a really great vibe and the lobby was also a nice place to hang out with the family. The only problem is there were no garbage cans in the lobby so we had to leave our trash on the table. We had a handicap room so it was a nice size and I have to say the water pressure in the hotel is fantastic. The bed was pretty comfortable more on the hard side, but they did not have a good range of pillows so I went to target and bought a three dollar soft pillow which I used for the three nights I was there. other than that it was a fabulous stay

I’ve traveled and stayed at multiple hotels and this place was by far the biggest disappointment. The junior suit we stayed in had wall paper peeling, damaged doors and furniture, horribly uncomfortable beds and very rude security staff. Me and my family were given another room after voicing our complaints but the replacement room was unacceptable as well with more damaged furniture, horrible beds and just not what you’d expect from a four star hotel in NYC.
