This hotel sucks

We reserved at the last minute, showed up seven hours early and asked if we could check our bags until move in time. Without my even asking, the clerk checked and found an open room and checked us in then and there. Excellent quiet well equipped room. Staff responsive to questions and requests. Well worth the cost. I’ll stay at similar properties again in a heartbeat.

I hated the room,

If you’re looking for a place to get high with your drug buddies, this is the spot! I lost count on if there were more cigarette burns on the carpet or body fluid stains. Had to use a towel as a blanket because that was the only clean linen in the room. Booked 2 nights left after the first. 1 out of 10 NEVER AGAIN

Everything is great about this hotel.

Pleasant stay

They had hardly anything for breakfast...just coffee. The attendant at the front said management was having issues with the company that supplies the breakfast goods.....and it's the customer ends up getting nothing.

The staff was excellent! We were there evacuating from hirricane Milton. The staff went above and beyond to help us.

There was little to no coffee or breakfast either morning. Upon arrival the lady at the counter was absolutely horrid to me and very quick on the defense when I had questions on the policies during a state of emergency. She had absolutely no care in the world that a hurricane was coming and that most people were there for evacuation reasons. The Manager seems more sane than the woman I had to deal with. The couch in the room was gross and had lots of rips in it (assuming by cats and dogs). I guess they just don't replace that stuff. I covered the couch with a sheet I thankfully brought so I felt better about my kids sitting on it. I will say, the place was quiet and felt structurally safe.

The property is great

Had I known the state of this hotel, I would not have booked it. Once you walk past the front desk, the hotel is in disrepair. The main elevator is extremely slow for a 4 floor hotel. The side elevator wasn't operable. Multiple stains on carpets in hallways. Ice machine only located on the 3rd floor. Once we got to our room and opened the door, the scent coming from the room was horrific. Went back to the front desk to ask for another room and the staff accomodated, reluctantly and no apologies about the smell. We used the pull out couch since the beds were more like full size beds. No bedding was available in the room so had to go back down to the friendly front desk person to get sheets and thin blanket. Paint on the ceiling was falling down from upstairs water leak as well as in the shower. Have stayed at multiple Extended Stays...this one was by far the worst one I have ever seen. Multiple guests that were seen appeared to be living at the hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Poor service , breakfast only muffin nothing else , I reservation king bed but come out double full bed

Room was very run down and bathroom smelled like a public restroom all the time. Phone charger kept falling out of the wall socket because it was so worn out. Breakfast options were extremely limited with no water or juice options, only coffee.
