N first room. Then move to second room. WiFi can't connect. Call no one answer. 3am in the fire detector malfunction. Wakes us up. Call front desk. No one answer again.

I had to wait 45min to get checked in and through the whole process the night attended was just complainig about her family problems.
The cleanliness of the room was ok, bed was comfortable but the rest of the interior was very dated

I couldn’t even stay in the room. I left not even 30 minutes after I checked in. Bugs in the room, roaches climbing on the walls. Disgusting!!!!

Typical extended stay hotel, a luttle older and slightly lived in looking, but all was clean and the front desk gal was nice. Beds were nothing special but slept well. No one to check out with when we left, and no key drop.

Will not go here again, dirty rooms like a hostel, single bed given while advertisement shows 2, TV did not work, no one answers the phone, no bagged breakfast and front desk was closed to check out Sunday at 9 am on 06/09

I had just driven around 2 hours and 45 minutes. No one at the front desk, finally someone saw me through the glass locked door, an employee. Said I couldn’t check in until 3pm, okay no problem, I think it was about 1:45. Asked if I could use bathroom was told they didn’t have a bathroom. So I left and came back at 3pm, checked in and as soon as I got through the glass locked door I turned to the right and guess what there was a mens/ woman’s bathroom right there. After receiving my paperwork I noticed I had been charged for and extra $46 and change. So I went to the front desk and nobody was there. There were four younger people trying to check in, or waiting to check in, finally after about 20 minutes someone had come out of the back room, and don’t know the reason but the four people left, and I was still standing there waiting for service, one of the younger people saw to the receptionist you have another customer waiting, and the receptionist walked back into another room with a locked door. I started banging on the counter for service, around five minutes later a different receptionist come out to help. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Will never stay there again.

I am very certain the certain the only thing that was done to clean the room before we arrived was the beds were made. The room smelled of smoke. Microwave was dirty. No soap, no shampoo, no conditioner. There is a cooktop. But no cookware, dishes, ect. If you need soap or any of the before mentioned items you need to go to the desk to get them. Toilet, sink, counter tops dirty. Very certain there was feces on the window blinds. Me and my 10 year old son shared a elavator with my guess was a prostitute. So that was awesome. Fridge had several roaches it. So did the microwave.
