My spouse and I have stayed at this Fairfield Inn twice. The last time we were there due to a hurricane forecast for our area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to a full house of very nervous guests. I highly recommend this property!

On the positives; a warm greeting upon entering and registering during arrival.
Adequate breakfast meal, mixed hot and or cold. Spacious room with many accommodations. A quiet hotel during day and night.
Great Checkout time: 1200.
As far as 'needs improvement':
Room key kept becoming deactivated, had to go to front desk twice for it.
Breakfast menu changes throughout the time period and, the contents may run out before it shuts down at 0900.
Never received 'room service.' Had to go to the front desk for fresh towels for our 2nd day.
Bed was rather uncomfortable (too soft)
Fairfield Inn & Suites seems to accommodating and relaxing, however, minor issues that were mentioned above should be rectified asap.
Thank you for a relaxing stay.
