Excellent little hotel. The night time desk lady was INSANELY helpful and nice. She went above and beyond the call of duty. The rooms were not extravagant, but well worth the money. Large showers, cold ac, a really good breakfast. There are a lot of positives with this place and few to non negatives. We WILL be staying here again.

So booked this hotel based on the amenities...i have kids and the just got out of school wanted a little break from the weather too.I booked it with indoor pool for that reason.I was soooo upset that they dodnt inform me or sent a email stating that their pool was out of service(heater wasnt working) alsoooo the wifi was out....
Horrible experience with the hotel itself.
Staff was fine (its not their fault)
Beds were sooo uncomfortable
Room was not clean at all
Sorry but for the rating that it has wasnt worth it

The staff was super nice! Each person we came in contact with was very hospitable and courteous to both me and my kids. The hotel itself could use a renovation. It smells moldy and the shower in our room may be considered a hazard. The shower pan was visibly pulling away from the wall/floor. But, again the staff was amazing! From the front desk to the breakfast folks to the cleaning crew. Super nice folks!

Very disappointed in the service and condition of this hotel. The front desk was not knowledgeable at all, and they tried to charge me twice. I've stayed at many Fairfield Inn Hotels and this one by far is the worst.
