On the eve of our last night we noticed our ipad missing. We have been told multiple times that someone would get back to us and they have to look into it. I have even had an email from the supposed manager to call
/email them which i did since they said it was the first time they heard about it but you guessed it, they also have not responded to me. I do not recommend this location. Also their rooms do not come with safes, so its not like we could have just locked these items up.

This used to be a nice stay - the facilities are falling behind in care and maintenance. The bathroom was not clean and soaps not filled. One of the desks clerks complained to us while checking on about another guest and plumbing problems and her pay.

Poor attitude of front desk personnel on Saturday night. Shower door would not stay closed. Only one ice machine and it was on the first floor. Elevator operated intermittently and then stopped working altogether for several hours. Drywall residue on 1st floor carpet. Sound proofing on ceiling and interior walls is terrible. I could hear people talking next door and people walking upstairs. This was not what I consider acceptable for a Marriott Bonvoy.

The hotel did not change towels or make bed daily. I have never had this in any hotel before. It says clearly that if you want the towels changed put on floor, but no one came to change them. Disappointed in this I want to be pampered when I go away.

EVERYONE HAD A SMILE AND WAS FRIENDLY. LADY FIXING BREAKFAST WAS SUPER NICE. CROWDED, ESP IN BATHROOM. EXHAUST FAN LOUD. THE SHELF NEAR THE BEDS…BAD LOCATION, HIT HEAD A FEW TIMES. PEOPLE WERE NICE BUT WASN’T OVERLY IMPRESSED WITH ROOM. STRONG CHLORINE SMELL WHEN YOU WALK IN THE DOOR. SHEET ON BED WOULD NOT STAY ON (FITTED SHEET). TOO MANY OTHER CHOICES NOT TO BE WOWWED A LITTLE.

My bathroom room 119 bathroom ceiling had mold and a water stain on the ceiling. The window covering were shears. No blinds or shades for the window. So when cars parked it would light up the first floor at all hours of the night. The Jacuzzi jets were also broken. This hotel needs a renovation.
