The comfortable beds

We went to a concert in Boston and have businesses in Manchester Sunday. I drank a Red Bull on the drive up and slept soundly straight from midnight to 8am. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the rooms quiet. Normally I'd have a hard time getting to sleep but this hotel great for comfort and silence.

Not well maintained. Air conditioner was filthy. Mold in bathroom. Dust bunnies on ceiling. Just not well kept. Dirty

Convenient location, very close to the mall and easy access to the highway. The room is very clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The carpet is a little bit too old though.

Room has not been cleaned throughly. Rug was filthy and show how filthy when you walked on rug and then stepped into shower. At least two inches of dust between mini fridge and cubby. Hallway stunk of pot. Microwave covered in food. I would never waste my money on this place again. Worn out and beyond dirty.

Room had terrible odor of urine

• The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I would stay here again for that alone. • The location is very convenient to the airport, highway, shopping, gas stations, and restaurants, • The bed was very comfortable and the room/bathroom were very clean. • The room itself was very quiet and we heard very little outside noise. • The A/C unit was a little noisy when stopping and starting, but cooled the room well. It was a quick overnight stay before we caught a very early morning flight, so we weren’t able to try the breakfast. I’m sure, based on the staff we interacted with, that it would have been good as well. We would stay here again in the future.

Outdoor pool! Pool too cold.

This is a nice chain. Cross country travel thus trip.. must say though the breakfast selection was better in Nebraska.

The airport shuttle doesn't pick up at airport after 10 PM. Our room smelled like mildew.

The hotel and staff were great, however we asked for a quiet area because we were tired from several days of travelling, and several other stays that were not restful. We were told we were getting the quietest room in the building, only to have a barking dog on one side and people being very loud until 5am the the other room next to us. And then to make matters worse there was a stranger knocking on our door early in the morning and my husband answered he walked away, only to come back later to knock again, this time we didn’t answer. And then when we were checking out he was lurking in the hallway on the 4th floor and then in the breakfast room. So needless to say we had a very disturbing stay and at top prices for that night to boot. Very disappointed.
