Everyone who assisted us there were super kind that made us feel like home, yes it’s slightly outdated but it worked for my daughter because she thought we lived in a castle. Will definitely come back

Staff does not speak a lot of English. And all rooms on Santa Monica Blvd are super noisy. We asked to change rooms and the second one was way quieter!

nice place, in front of main road. the parking situation was a bit annoying and spaces are kinda tight but the stay itself was good. front desk guy was nice but the other one was condescending lol idk

Highlights: The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Unlike other reviewers, water pressure was good in the shower.
Areas for improvement: Parking is really overpriced and there is limited street parking in the area. A small fitness room would be helpful, considering the clientele they are trying to cater to. No coffee shops nearby, but they are opening a restaurant soon it looks like.

Pretty alright property, room smelled funny the entire time I was here and the AC unit was a little noisy so had to turn it off, kept the window open my entire stay.
Would I stay here again most likely not, staff was actually incredible and amazing but the building left a lot to be desired.

The Found Hotel is not the boutique hotel experience that you’re hoping for. Rooms are tired with rug stains and an AC that squeaks. Roach greeted us for coffee in the AM. I would not recommend finding yourself at the Found Hotel.

Leslie was outstanding finding me a room.
California welcomed me with a huge smile and was eager to help.
$22 for parking is outrageous as you damage your car driving in and out plus no security.
The rooms are very noisy due to paper thin walls.
Stan and Steve are very good at double talking. Never an honest answer.
Go somewhere else to be comfortable.

Service is amazing but room is poorly taken care of. Wall paper was peeling off in corners, AC was too loud to play over night, the walls were thin and the outside traffic noise was insane.

Great property. Great room. Great staff. LA and SM is safe but man the homeless issue makes you think twice about staying. Nothing bad happened. In fact being on SM Blvd is amazing. But it feels like it might be unsafe

The rooms, while large, are spartan — no dresser, phone, clock and furniture. With no central heat/air, it was difficult to manage the room temperature. Yet the staff were very courteous and responsive, and the rooms are spacious. The addition of food / drink would make the property more appealing.
