Loved our stay! Unique and fun!!

Liked the way the room was decorated.

The convenience of the location was great. Easy and friendly check in. Rooms have fun decor. Only negative was that the walls were thin and we could hear the people in the room next to us pretty clearly.

Hotel has a very nice theme. Only issues was the TV wasn’t working. They had to bring a new tv up to the suite. The coffee bar wasn’t restocked in the room and no one showed up to give me coffee packs after calling the front desk. They informed me I could go to the lobby for coffee if I wanted to.

Love this hotel.

Awesome location right in the heart of downtown, close to all the bars restaurants and sport complexes. Downside building is old elevators were working intermittently. Breakfast was okay but not worth the price.

It had an awful smell and when we went to check in during a husker game there was no available parking. We booked there bc it stated there was parking for hotel. They rented out parking spaces to public, we had to wait til people left after football game. We will Never stay there again

Great place for a weekend in the Haymarket. Very convenient stay for a Husker game.

We just stayed for one night. Front desk staff was outstanding and room was very nice. Parking was terrible and parking ticket isn't included with the room. I had to wait for garage to clear from previous night guests while they were at the game. Paid for a lot down the street for $45 and when I did get to park in lot attached to hotel, it cost another $23.

Elevators kept being shut off for players to move back and forth. No hot tub Needs updating Parking cost too high

Great property in convenient location.

Staff at front desk were rude. Called 2 days prior to verify rooms, got there and they didn’t have our rooms and then charged us $250 more then our reservation from hotels.com indicated. They gave 2 of our rooms breakfast comp cards, and not the other two. When we went and ask for ours they continued to be rude and the last day wouldn’t give them any. Same went for parking pass, one day they validated for free, next day wouldn’t give. Rudeness continued daily! Not impressed at all on how my family was treated. There was one guy at front desk that did get price down to where it was suppose to be but only friendly one there. For $15 breakfast, was not impressed. A basic hotel breakfast.

Stayed here before, have always like it and everything in its proximity.

Extremely disappointed with the stay this time. When we tried to check in there was no parking in the garage. We were told parking is not guaranteed on game day. We had to park elsewhere and then move the car back to the garage after the fact. While we were leaving the parking lot attended was extremely rude. We were not told we needed to have our parking validated. He ended up letting us go but no need to be extreme. This venture will most likely be the last time we stay at the graduate. We loved staying because of the uniqueness. We won’t anymore. The room is way over priced for the quality. Even though it is down in the middle of everything.

Close to everything, clean, and great customer service

Loved the College town concept and the staff & service were excellent. We were there for my husband's birthday and they surprised him with gifts & free breakfast & drink vouchers in the room. The rooftop pool area is beautiful. They also comped our parking. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Pictures and website are nothing like the actual hotel and rooms. Unclean, hair in tub and shower. Tried to get a late check out upon arrival and 4 more times. Had to wait until the morning of, when running the biggest half marathon in Nebraska. Would not stay here again or recommend to others.

Went for a concert. Concert was canceled by 9am. Tried to cancel the hotel diespite check in being at 4pm, they refused to csncel and charged me both nughts.
