Maggie and Robert were friendly and helpful. Maggie made sure our room was ready, allowing us time to prepare for our event. The room was clean and spacious. The staff and location of your hotel helped make our stay that much more wonderful.

This is my third stay at this hotel for business purpose. The staff is and has always been very pleasant and accommodating, I highly recommend this hotel for a preferred choice of lodging as it rates better than some high end hotels that I have not been as pleased with thus the reason I continue to return!

This is the second time staying here the first room was FAR BETTER that the one we stayed in last night! The beds were very uncomfortable & pillows were just awful!!! The reason I wanted to even go back was because I had the most awesome soaking tub the first time completely separated from the shower, nice and deep last nights was a shower tub combo and not very deep I was extremely disappointed!

Helpful and friendly staff. Large room size and comfortable mattresses. Good location and easy, free parking underground.
Only negative is the heating system; the fan and heater is too loud during the night and disturbed our sleep. Turned it off at night. Luckily, the comforter kept us warm.

They put me as a no show even though I noted late arrival in my reservation. We arrived late and clerk did not know how to fix so we had to secure second reservation. Manager was able to credit one nights stay the following day.

The room was comfortable- quiet; comfy bed, dark curtains made sleep easy.
We did ask ahead for the sofa bed to be made up, and then once again, and it was not. However, staff provided us with linens and pillows at the desk at 11pm.
The parking garage entrance was not user friendly and we have used many similar systems! We had difficulty getting it to work.
