Angel at the front desk was very nice and pleasant! Gave us suggestions on places to go eat and experience while in Dallas. Will definitely book here again because it’s so close to the Worldsprings!

We arrived early and staff allowed early check in. The room initially had not been cleaned yes, so she apologized and upgraded us to another room!

We visited this Hotel on 12/31 to bring in the New Year due to location. The hotel had a nice tree in the front. As we were checking in a wonderful lady at the front desk offered to take our picture next to the Christmas tree. I do not have her name but she checked us in about 7:30 PM 12/31. Nice touch to our visit.
