Shower dosnt get warm

There wasn’t shower gel in the bathroom at all.

Usually, the Hampton Inn is reliable for a good solid, comfortable stay, but not this one. We had pre-purchased a room with a king size bed, because my wife and I have slept together on a king size bed for 35 years. When we got to the property, we were informed they were in an oversold situation, And the only room that could get us had a small bed in it. When you have reserved and paid for in advance one thing, and you get another, it just is a rip off. The front desk offered to make it up to us by suspending our security deposit, Which would’ve just been refunded at the end of the trip anyway since my wife and I really don’t trash the hotel room or anything like that. I understand it was a busy time for them, but they seemed so disinterested in the clientele and really didn’t care that they weren’t giving us what we paid for, we just decided to leave the property a day early And make other sleeping arrangements. They were charging $500 a night for the room, even with the proper room we certainly would not have been getting our moneys worth for this. Would not recommend this property.

We arrived on Sunday evening which was fine but didn’t need to use tv until Monday morning, Inauguration day, at 10:30 I called down because the room didn’t have a remote for the tv, they said they would bring one right up, 20 minutes later I called again, they said it would be right up, 20 minute after that I went down to front desk she assured me they were in their way with it, nothing… not a remote, not a call, nothing. Frustrating, $1000 a night and that’s what we got, couldn’t even use the tv at all.

Friendly staff a few steps from Atlanta Market.

Like the kitchenette area which is very convenient. Breakfast staff and Front Desk staff were pleasant. Had some initial challenges with the AC malfunctioning in a couple of rooms but the receptionist was apologetic and persevered until we got a room where everything was working right. Overall the accommodation was good

perfect and clean

I live in Ga but work in downtown Atlanta. Last minute decision to stay downtown overnight due to snow and black ice. I was pleasantly surprised. Great customer service, very accommodating when I requested a room change. Great breakfast, great location. I will be back for my next staycation or last-minute stay in downtown Atlanta.

The staff was amazing nice and friendly, the girl in the front was so helpful, she was helpful in guiding me and my family to friendly places to go too.
