Hampton Inn and Suites Boone

Easy check in/out, clean and nice facilities, only issue was bathroom door was a sliding door with no type of lock on door at all, very strange!!!

Comfortable and spacious room. Duane at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Small nitpicks - the water in the shower took a long time to get hot and I expected the room to be cleaned on the Sunday and it wasn't.

Very clean and the staff was friendly. I did not like that they did not have a jacuzzi as other Hampton Inns provide. It was also difficult pulling out onto the highway from the entrance.

With verifiable years of bookings, hampton inn has been my hotel of choice. This past july 6th I booked a room with a balcony so that my, hurts to walk at times friend, could smoke outside on it, not inside the room. I even mentioned it when I called to confirm my online booking. I didnt make the bed, but at check out, we left no mess or damage and all our trash was in the waste basket. Heres what I feal is the unfair part. Their charging me 213.00 for the room and a 266.88 fine fee for the 3 cigarettes that were smoked on the balcony that they found in the trash can. Over a decade of my instance free, business. I'm so mad and disappointed at the fine amount, I will now go out of my to way to never give their corporate greed any future business.

Duane and team were really a lot of funny and made the stay excellent.
