Very unacceptable for a Hamptons

No tissue in room,only in bathroom. No pen and paper.

Stayed for one night. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The parking lot was clean, well lit at night and felt safe. The building, elevator and room were all clean. Door keys worked without issue. Overall a nice stay with no issues, just like you hope for when traveling out of town for an event.

No complaints. Everything was great.

Mary at the front desk was so helpful, kind and considerate with my complaint of the door to my room not closing as it should. To get to close I and my daughter had to SLAM, and I didn't want to make that much noise. Next morning, I told Mary and she said she would change my room before I even had to ask. I was curious though why they weren't aware of this. I am sure house keeping had been there to ready the room. The room I changed to had a commode that kept running after flushing. Annoying but closing the bathroom door took care of the noise. A couple of times it wouldn't flush, I had to "jiggle" the handle so it would flush the next time. The breakfast was good. All I had was oatmeal, but good just the same. If it had not just snowed, I could have walked to dining. Guest laundry was convenient. Overall, I like the Hampton and will most likely stay there again when I am in Saginaw.

Pool was down during our stay

The couch had cereal pieces on it. But the front desk person was very kind and gave us new sheets.

Had a great time with my dog and 2 kids. It was outr 1st time travelling with the dog. The staff were excellent and i was allowed to check in early. This worked out well over a busy Holiday where I had so many places to be.

Great stay. The facility was clean, up to date, breakfasts were supplied and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms where clean, quiet, and very spacious.

Relaxing and refreshing the staff was especially delightful

Overall the stay was good! Pool was fantastic, first time swimming and the weather was super cold outside but the water was warm! The blinds did not open in the room but we did find out that they were being replaced. Only issue was the last day we were there that the sidewalks were not salted properly, so when I took the dog out I fell and my whole leg is bruised from the fall.

Clean and safe property. Only had issues with connecting firestick and phone in room did not work. All else was good.

Faucet handle was broken, the sink didn’t work and the bed was not made.

Upon opening my room, my wife and I noticed that the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling with exposed wires. I informed the front desk and was told there was nothing to be done as no maintenance was on duty. We were there for three nights and no one came to fix the smoke detector. The corner piece in the back of the shower was very loose. My wife put her foot on it to was her lower leg and feet and the piece folded as almost completely collapsing. The coat rack in the room had two hanger off and could not be used. We were a little disappointed as we felt the advertised room was not what we received.

The staff was very friendly. However our room wasn’t cleaned properly. The floors hadn’t been cleaned, there were crumbs all over, a pair of false eyelashes behind the door, one bed pillow had black dots all over it and we found a bug in bed on our second night there.

We booked a king room with a sofa bed for 3 adults, but when we arrived, there was no sofa bed in our room and the hotel was fully booked so they couldn’t move us to another room. The hotel staff brought up a rollaway bed which was extremely uncomfortable. They also did not make up the bed; they just put the sheets and blanket on the bed for us to make. When we called down for a pillow, they told us they didn’t have any left.
