Hampton Inn and Suites Wells-Ogunquit

Pet friendly with an even friendlier staff. Breakfast was excellent. All the Hampton Hotels I've stayed at are well managed, clean, quiet, offer good breakfast, and most important to me, pet friendly. I always encourage everyone to be good pet owners when at the Hampton Hotel so that this amenity is always available.

The food was good. The place was clean.

This stay was for a late Christmas gathering with family in Ogunquit. The room was exceptional in every way. The gentleman checking us in was kind and efficient (he even stopped to help a customer clean up their pet's mess on the carpet). The housekeeping staff in the morning was very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Traveling with a party of 5 can be challenging to find a room with plenty of space. This was definitely a hit, very clean and spacious. Check in was a breeze and front desk was very helpful with directions and tips on where to go.

Excellent in every way!

Quiet, confortable. Needed accessible room and it was fine. Plenty of room, well-placed bars, nice chair in walk-in shower. Staff friendly and attentive. Pleasant hot, convenient, breakfast. My wife enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and workout room. Warm. It was below zero outside both nights we were there. Been here before, will come back

We had a wonderful stay. The property is pretty, our room was large, comfortable, and very clean, and the pool and hot tub were a plus! We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet. I highly recommend staying at Hampton Inn and suites in Wells, Maine!

Clean, nice hot tub, pool, and nice area to eat complimentary breakfast. Room clean and updated. Definitely would stay again and recommend.

Excellent hotel - clean, comfortable. Only down was that the $75 pet fee was a surprise. It was not posted on the Orbitz site. I think the property should know how others are representing their hotel. The front desk clerk was a bit blunt.

Very friendly staff, room and bathroom were among the cleanest we've experienced. We were just in for a one night stay but everything was very easy and pleasant. Location was convenient to Ogunquit where we had dinner reservations, only a 10 minute drive.

We checked in late after a wedding, so we missed the amenities. The room was very large and comfortable. Unexpectedly large! The kids enjoyed it.

Stayed here in 2 rooms for a family long weekend. Overall nice service, pool area was very clean, hot tub was nicely hot and breakfast was clean and offered make your own waffles and some good options for little kids. We were dissapointed that we had been told that we would have adjoining rooms only to get there and to be told that this had been canceled- with small children this made it quite difficult. Location is good if you're trying to take a quick drive to downtown Ogunquit. My only significant complaint is the BEDS and bedding. I have stayed in many hotels like this over the past few years and this might be the worst bed/bedding set we have had. The pillows make Walmart pillows look thick- the duvet cover consistently came off the actual duvet and the bed mattress squeaked and creaked like it was something from Temu. Given this- we would stay elsewhere- at least until they update their beds.

Very clean

My 81 year old mom and I were visiting to honor the anniversary of my Dads death and to spend some quality time together. I chose this hotel because there is ample free parking, it is close to our destination, the beds are great and the amenities are superb. Breakfast was very good.
