Convenient location, clean room, good value, and FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF! Some pros include late check-out, free breakfast, and snacks available in lobby. The only minor negative thing that stuck out was that there is only one elevator and no stair access (unless fire emergency), so be prepared to walk a bit to your car/room if it is on the ends of the building. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!

Our stay was two nights, got no housekeeping (cleaning and towel replacement) after the first night. Weird. Had no idea if we should explicitly ask for cleaning.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very nice. Check in and out was easy. The pillows were great. The mattress was very firm, which is not my preference. There were a few spots in the bathroom that were missed by the cleaning crew, but easily fixed. The room itself was pretty quiet, other than hearing neighboring doors loudly click closed. Lots of great restaurants around. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay the only issue was the room we were originally booked (2nd floor) did not have a working TV. When we inquired at the front desk we were informed that the maintenance staff had left for the day so they were unable to help fix the TV. I had to request a different room so we had a working TV, this room was on the first floor near the entrance which made for an excessive amount of noise throughout the night.

A decent place. Friendly staff.
Few things during our stay:
1. The soap dispenser in the bathroom is broke before we checked in and leaking on the floor made a puddle.
2. The Shampoo dispenser is empty. Not so convenient to call in the middle of the shower
3. Breakfast items has been mostly empty at 9:20 and none of them have been replenished.

The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The sheets and pillowcases were terribly scratchy. When I asked if they could send different sheets at 1am I was told to come get them myself as there was only one person on duty. Never got resolved. Awful night of barely any sleep.
