Furnishings and carpet were dated, but nice and clean. Loved the all day coffee station and the breakfast was great. Also loved the big TV and that the remote was easy to use! Great stay overall.

Wasn’t to bad. Typical late night grumpy clerk working. I guess I would get grumpy with a job like that as well . Our stay got cut short a bit anyway.

This property is beautiful. The rooms are super clean.we are traveling with my kids and grandkids and were given adjourning rooms which the kids thought were great. The pool and hot tub were super clean and the staff is top notch. Forgot about the huge arcade my grandkids and son are in awe.

Very convenient to get to and many options for dining and shopping in the area. Very clean. Nice pool. Staff took a little while to come to desk when bell was rung, but very helpful and pleasant.

Was ok, 1 of the elevators did not work, the other elevator took forever, faster to use stairs from 3rd floor. Front door only open correctly from time to time. The room smelled like poop and natural gas when we arrived. We went down for breakfast at 930 one morning and they had array unplugged everything and stopped stocking anything even though breakfast is supposed to be served till 10.

On the last day of our stay both elevators were out of service . We had 6 people staying with us and a dog so it was a lot of trips to make to the car with our luggage but everything else was great !

I called ahead to make sure the hot tub was working before I booked the room.
The front desk confirmed that it was.
When we got there the hot tub was cold and they apparently had no idea.
They didn’t offer any compensation

Room was dark and dimly lit. Mom has macular degeneration and she had lots of trouble seeing anything in the room. Also, lots of dust on baseboards in bathroom plus big depression in shower ceiling which should be patched. Room 316

Everything was excellent, but the mattress was like a sinking ship - much to soft, the kind I would find in a one star motel. It was really bad for my back as I need, at minimum, a medium firmness mattress.
