The property staff was very friendly. We can try to improve the breakfast and stop using cheap eggs and bacon. Maybe better selection of yougurts

Great hotel. In a good area. The boys loved it. Staff was helpful and responsive. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

There were holes in the wall which were plastered but not cleaned or painted. Woman at check in was wonderful. Man at desk during day was rude. Tiny bathroom with 1 towel hook. Only 1 chair in room- not enough. Sheets did not fit beds. HVAC stopped working during the night.
Breakfast was excellent.

When i checked in the lady at the front desk was having a conversation on speaker phone with her boyfriend as she was checking me in i found that pretty rude however the other on the next shift was very nice i had a problem with the first room & she switched it for me breakfast wasnt really good but it did its job

Had a reservation for two queen beds and they gave us a king said the didn’t have any which the did cause we saw them with the doors open already cleaned??

Positive, Nice Pool, Free Parking, Generally Clean.
Negative, Tv system doesn't work when it rains, Toilets dont flush properly, Basic house keeping hit & miss, Hot Breakfast not the best.
We arrived Thursday and were told that rooms cleaned ever other day so we were due a Clean on Saturday. Saturday came and by 6.00pm our room hadn't been touched so we went to reception to complain. They had clearly forgotten us and eventually came to our room but only to bring us fresh towels the bed & a general clean wasn't done. We complained again but there was no real apology from the manager. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

First of all they had bad leak@ property which they shut down water whole day fri.which i wanted stay for 2 days thurs.fri. ;after i agreed leave & check out which they agreed to not charge me which they lied they decided charge me one night@ which i didnt stayed very bad i must say beware!!

Was alerted when I checked in that the following morning the water would be turned off for plumbing work at 10am. Without warning, the water was cut at 6am with zero communication. Front desk had no empathy or understanding. a courtesy call would have been appreciated. Furthermore, how in the world did you serve breakfast with no water? That is a sanitation issue and highly concerning. I could have gone somewhere else and not had any issues.
