This hotel was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean and spacious and you can’t beat the fact that it’s right on the lake and our room had a beautiful view of Keuka. The onsite restaurant had great food and the free breakfast buffet was nicer than expected. The hotel is very close to many wineries and it is also close to the town of Penn Yann where there are stores and restaurants. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely stay here again!

It was a pleasure to stay here. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, tv worked well, breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely stay here.

I love this hotel but this time have tiny little complaints . Heated pool was not warm enough and second day when I asked them it came out they lowered the temperature and I was upset because we really couldnt enjoy enough pool time .They heated the pool second day and it was nice.
Also dont know why the room was also cold termostat was not working properly we couldnt get warm enough .But other than that its still a very nice place to stay.

The room was very drafty and cold even with the themostat set at 76!
Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Some of the food was inedible. Flavored (supposed to be strawberry and banana) waffles with cake like consistancy, slime like sausage gravy, unidentifiable sliced sausage??? Worst Breakfast included experience,

This is located right on the lake. Our room had a beautiful view of it. It was nice that breakfast was included. The staff were very friendly. We definitely recommend a stay here.

very nice view of the lake. the staff was very helpful. the shower which was even with the floor made no sense as the water ran off of the shower curtain onto bathroom floor. so you would have to dry floor up so no one slips

The building is very well updated, but our room was very dirty. We had stained blankets, hair in the tub, dirt up the walls, mildew in the shower around the handles, cheese chips in one bed. The staff was very friendly, but they’re so short staffed for the breakfast they couldn’t keep up with guests. The bar was excellent and quick. I pointed out a very large stain on a blanket to housekeeping before we left and she didn’t seem alarmed at all, very concerning for their future. I took pictures, I wish I could post them.

Valarie in the dining area was excellent! Everyone was extremely accommodating and pleasant. Check in and out were fast and easy. The “partial view” of the falls was more like a complete view of the Canadian side of the falls and was breathtaking!

Excellent except dining option should be earlier than 7:00, pool should be open earlier in AM. No help with baggage for disabled senior. Disabled parking not convienient. Chairs in breakfast room very uncomfortable for short person.
